Staff were too good and Nepalese with clean heart and very sincere in there work The location is very far from city and very hussel to move to the place. 7/11 was very far and have to walk too much to reach anywhere

Friendly staff, quiet rooms, 7-11 next door, short walk to MRT, lots of plants in lobby and around outside of hotel. Fair price per night. mattresses hard or lumpy, pool was not very clean looking. Bathrooms are damp without any ventilation and have slight mold build ups.

Good location,, easy check in/out. WiFi good. Aircon very cold. Elevators surprisingly fast. Kept me safe for the night. Air on freezing, couldn’t adjust. No hot water, no bath products and bath area looked unclean.

Good value for the money spent. We actually left another property to come back to Ratchada 17 place, due to the location, all of the staff, and things to do locally. You get what you pay for, so no complaints here.

Fixed water heater immediately when I talked about. Very nice city view. Good communication by text. I did not find the hotel rapidly. I was looking for "Ratchada 17 Place" but only saw sign in Chinese (I think in Chinese) from the street.

It’s clean and no bugs. Good value for the money and good location in relation to go places. The restaurant is amazing!

Room was quite spacious and had a kettle and a fridge. The room was cleaned daily and water/soap restocked. The staff are nice. The pool is huge and very clean! There’s a water refill station in the reception and staff are there 24 hours a day. Good location. We used the metro to get almost everywhere as the Blue Line is about a 10 minute walk away. You can store bags under the desk for the day when checking in/out if needed. Plus there’s a scale in reception so that’s very helpful if you’re heading to the airport! The mattress is so hard! If you’re a soft-medium mattress person I wouldn’t recommend! Also our room smelt of weed a few times from other hotel guests.
