Aesthetic, location, friendliness of the host The plastic cups in bathroom sink are not washed when we arrived. We had to wash it ourselves but the dirt was hard to remove. Please advise housekeeper.

The hotel's location was excellent—central and easily accessible. The staff were kind and helpful, but their English proficiency was quite limited, making communication a bit challenging at times. If you don’t speak the local language, you may need to put in extra effort to be understood. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay overall.

We were at Roompini many time ,The Location is super convenient on Sarasin Road,The Room and buiding made in good minimal design ,Place is clean ,Kitchen are good equipment and Coffee shop people are so nice and do good coffee This place are well thinking ,everything at the sweet point no more no less for city stat Bangkok Recommend for everyone

No staff check in. It took us 10 minutes on the ground floor to figure out which is the door to the rooms and how to get in.

location right next to Lumphini Park! a short walk and there was the BTS line and the MRT in the other direction. The staff at the coffee shop were very chill and made good coffee! nothing not to like, as I was exploring the city, I didn't require any facilities.

It was not too far from town. Easy to walk to centralwOrld Mall. Go to Tops Restaurant, Bar and Grocery Store on Level 7. 2 for 1 Cocktails! Mojito was the best one we ever had! Amazing Staff there as well. MBK Mall was Amazing Shopping. The shower did not drain properly.

Great price and location There is a lobby light outside the room window that never turned off, and there were very loud power tool noises until 11 pm as the kitchen/common area was being renovated.

The location was perfect. Close to the train station and was not hard to find. The self check in and check out was easy and efficient. They were also responsive to questions Not having any staff available at night makes it a bit challenging. If there’s any help needed, you have to wait for the following day
