The location was wonderful and we get 3 rooms for my family and the room was clean and comfortable really recommend this hotel for family visit

First of all, I’ve never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t provide “Clean My Room” and “Do Not Disturb” door signs. Because of this, hotel staff may enter your room unexpectedly while you’re sleeping, and housekeeping may not clean your room unless you specifically request it. During my stay, my room was cleaned only once in four days. Secondly, there is no telephone in the room, making it inconvenient to contact reception or request any assistance. The biggest issue was the constant noise, especially late at night. There was noise from other guests, traffic from the street, and even housekeeping staff talking loudly in the corridors early in the morning and outside the guest rooms. It was very difficult to relax or get a proper night’s sleep. Finally, the reception staff made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Their attitude was unfriendly and did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a hotel. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor service, lack of privacy, and constant noise made the stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent location! It’s just a few minutes' walk to MBK and the train station, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They really understand their guests' individual needs and are always quick to assist whenever a situation arises. small elevator

Not very pleasant front desk staff.

There is no phone inside the room, Incase if u want to request something from the reception.

Quiet and friendly staffs and good service always on time I dont have any dislikes all was good on my side

The hotel and the breakfast for the price it was ok. just small things but for the price it was ok. I would not stay here again. But as i travel regularly to Bangkok i am very fussy about the little things

The LIFT was absolutely crucial for me as I am somewhat disabled; going up/down stairs are a challenge—takes me long time. Access to the roof/swim pool Is only by stairs—NOT what I want to do!

Nothing The hotel did not match the photos shown online. The room was much smaller than expected, and the sound insulation was very poor — we could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms. After check-in, we left the hotel and returned late at night. When we came back, we noticed insects in and around the bed, including ants, and we were uncomfortable staying in the room. Because of this, we packed our belongings and left around 12:30 AM to find another hotel. We also requested a refund for the unused night, since we did not stay or sleep in the room, but the hotel still charged us. This was a very frustrating experience.

Everything was good. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than the set time because we extended our stay but changed our room; which made things smoother for us. We also had a problem with our AC and they responded to our call and solved it in a matter of minutes. I wanted to throw some trash in the bin and found it hasn’t been cleaned at all! Plane tickets from the previous guest were still there. I didn’t like it that much

- The closeness to city center and to public transportation - The staff were nice and helpful - The rooms and facilities were clean - The security around accessing your room’s floor Nothing. It was a perfect stay!

The room was awfuly small , two double beds with no room between No space , the balcony wasn’t accessible. At the check in they told us about breakfast, but when I came to eat, after I already had food on the table She told me to leave because apparently we don’t have breakfast. You can’t let a man leave with food on the table, because of a mistake you did!

The air-conditioning temp regulator wasn't working.room was so chilling.body can't handle it.

Room a bit small but I saw that it is quite regular in Thailand.
