Very clean rooms, spacious. Peaceful area. And the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Necessary amenities (slippers, bathrobe etc) are also available.

Location to our conference venue and the closenes of Uma temple, street food, veg and fruit market. Swimming pool not well maintained (little dirty)

Location Pool was closed, terrace also. No chance to enjoy the view from the rooftop

LOCATION is great. Hotel facility is okay for the price. Nice view from the rooftop pool. No safety for your belongings. If you stay here, never leave your valuable belongings in the hotel, not even in the safe box. Hotel management do not take responsibility. There's a professional thief among the staffs.

The location is good. Central, and you can easily get everywhere. There is good food around too. When we arrived (a bit past midnight) and we walked into our bedroom, there literally were over 30 cockroaches climbing on the walls, and walking on the floors. We were so exhausted after more than 20 hours of travel that we started killing them. But once the situation sunk in, I went to the reception to tell them. Luckily they changed our room. the new room was better, but the bed was dirty. I told them the next morning and the cleanliness definitely improved.

Basic rooms, and every night I have to be aware of the bugs that come up from everywhere at night.

The breakfast was very poor very few choices everyday the same menu served

Staff don't speak English at all. There should be basic English skills. I asked for a toothpaste they didn't understand what it means. Also I wanted to know how room service telecom works they couldn't explain
