beautifully designed, and perfectly located next to Siam Paragon. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The pool and gardens created a peaceful atmosphere despite being in the heart of Bangkok. Nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Our stay at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located with direct access to Siam Paragon, which made everything very convenient for our family. The room upgrade was highly appreciated and made our stay even more special, so thank you to the wonderful team for the generous hospitality. The staff were extremely professional, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. My wife and I had an excellent experience and felt very well taken care of. Most importantly, our kids absolutely loved the hotel — especially the pools, the relaxing atmosphere, and the overall family-friendly environment. It created wonderful memories for our family trip to Bangkok. The breakfast was also outstanding with a wide variety of high-quality options. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Honestly, very little to complain about. Everything was handled professionally and the overall experience was excellent. If anything, the hotel was quite busy at certain times, but the staff still managed everything very efficiently.

My stay at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was excellent. The location is perfect, with direct access to Siam Paragon and the heart of the Siam area. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service, comfort, and overall experience made it one of the best stays in Bangkok. Nothing ! It was perfect

The check in was long and prolonged even though it was 4:00 PM the rooms were not ready They don’t meet up to the high portfolio of this brand I booked two rooms and to my surprise in a hotel like kempinski the toilet smell was unbearable some sort of sewage leak. Standard room originally ordered was too small and can’t fit 3 People with an extra bed for our 12 years daughter.Was a bit of disappointment & was forced to pay extra for a bigger room.Unfair to offer this room for 3 People!!!

Beautiful hotel and suite. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay special. The executive lounge was very nice with good selection of drinks and food. Location is great, connected to Paragon Mall which has many restaurants and high end brands.

This was my third visit to this hotel. And some hotels unfortunately not keeping the same standards over the years, But not Siam Kempinski. Every visit they keep the high-quality service, one of the best from my experiences with high-end hotels around the world. The things I like most in the hotel: Location – prime location, in the centre of all the shopping malls, 500 meters from the sky train (BTS) make it a great starting point arriving to most of Bangkok tourists’ location Service – always exceptional, especially they have the best swimming pool bar team, always react to you as soon as you arrive, the same with the breakfast team, as soon as you finished your coffee, someone will reach and asked if you like more coffee. The Hotel – it’s structured as a circle of buildings with beautiful garden and pools in the canter, great place to relax after a busy day in the city. I will return again (and again) N/A
