Great location, just a few minute walk to Siam. The staff meets above our expectation and beyond. When it rains, they provide umbrellas for the guests. Also the daily laundry service with no additional charge is something I've never experienced anywhere else. Highly recommended.

The staffs are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfort. We have a lot of clothers which we wear during in Pattaya, but this P18 hotel provide free laundry although we only stay 1 night, the staff wash and dry it at the night and ready it in the morning before we check out. The also provide a lot of different snack, coffee and toiletries for free which you can take in at the shelf next to the lift. The hotel 800m away to Platinum Night Market and Phemix Mall, walking distance is very convenience. I love it so much and sure I will come back again to this hotel. The room and bathroom a bit small, the bed a bit soft, and only provide 1 pillow, maybe can improve on the bed

Courteous, friendly staff that always greet you and hold the door for you. Amazing value. Laundry is free and you only need to put it in a bin by your door. Clean bathroom and a good fridge. Comfy bed. Even though it's in a central location it is quiet. A little far from any convenience stores.

They got the basics covered exceptionally well. They also have free snacks and laundry service. Exceptional! No concerns

Excellent service, free laundry done on the same day, room cleaning was excellent, room amenities and room was excellent, they provided water when necessary and the staff service was 10/10, they helped get our luggages up onto the grab when it was raining. The hitel also provide free bottled drinking water, and refilled it and there were free snacks available in the hotel lobby. The wifi never worked or connected

The bathroom was quite small.

Overall we love to stay here. They have laundry service for free. The staff was friendly and the room was cleaned ??

I had problems with my flight wich resulted in me arriving at 12.30am instead of the time I had previously said, it was no problem for them, could still check in and the room was really nice and clean.

The kindness of the staff was unmatched. They were all so kind and helpful. The beds and pillows were super comfy! Noise travels very easily there. Could hear a kid singing from their room in mind, and I didn’t have any direct neighbours.

The property's staff were very courteous especially the girl with bangs. You can ask them for anything from van rental to locating a Grab to directions, among others. We highly recommend this property. It is situated strategically in Bangkok. Maybe the location because the alley was so tight.

Staff are really nice and very welcoming! Just the shower head is too high and pointed at the wall.. so we had to hold it while showering..

I have stayed in Bangkok many times and I always stay closer to where all the attractions are. I was only in Bangkok for a very short time so I decided to try this hotel as it is very reasonable. I did not personally like the location. It is far to walk to anything. It seems to be a combination of a residential neighborhood and lots of construction for new hotels. Some guests may like that it is close to the BTS, but I prefer walking so it was not a great location for me. I had to wait a long time for a grab when I needed to leave as there is major construction on the road nearby. The hotel itself is nice enough. The staff was very pleasant and willing to help with anything. I did not like the shower as it is a hand held one that was not at a great angle when you put it in the holder. I did not like the location as mentioned.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Place is clean and quiet. I wish the room was a little bigger.

Great location, walking distance to malls in Siam area. Plus, there were local vendors and street food options right around the corner. The room was clean. Staff were very warm and helpful.
