Have been returning regularly to SILQ since their opening. Exceptional service from front desk to concierge. Really love the concierge team who engage small talk with guest whenever they saw us going out or heading back to the hotel ? Definitely returning again and thanks for the upgrade & small gift in the room for us NA

A thoughtful, beautifully designed luxury hotel in a superb location close to the BTS and shopping malls. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied and we really enjoyed the pool area, onsen and gym. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. A special mention goes to the concierge, Coco, who was incredibly helpful in arranging activities for our group during our stay, including a reliable driver for visits to the temples, Grand Palace and Ayutthaya, as well as helping us navigate Bangkok on the BTS. The front desk staff, restaurant staff and other concierges were also warm, cheerful, and attentive. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return. I really appreciated the water filter in the gym and my only suggestion I have is to have more water filters available throughout the hotel for guests who want to refill their water bottles and reduce single-use plastic waste.

The breakfast area is small and the breakfast is not varied.

The hotel is impeccably maintained, with elegant décor, spotless facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a luxurious stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable No issues

All staff were friendly, accommodating, and eager to help. The food and drinks in the different hotel restaurants were all delicious and reasonably priced. The room itself was large, clean, comfortable, and luxurious. It was easy to get a comfortable lounge chair by the pool, even on a sunny weekend afternoon. Poolside drinks were lovely! I wish I could have stayed longer to try out more of the hotel amenities like the onsen and the fitness centre.

They didnt have the water bikes like last year

Great location, amazing rooms that are so luxurious and large. Housekeeping did a great job and all the staff really aimed to deliver 5* service. Shout out to Coco for his hospitality + recommendations, and the reception staff are also really lovely. Room service expensive compared to outside establishments but the food was delicious. The facilities were also great would really recommend checking out the gym and private onsen. We stayed for our 10 year anniversary and the staff gave us a little treat which was a nice touch. Highly recommended. Slight hiccup during check-in which was slow to get our room ready and luggage sent. However they kindly upgraded us, which may be the reason for the delayed check-in but we were never told about the upgrade! We were super grateful but confused and would have loved to thank the staff properly which would be less awkward if they told us from the start! The rest of the stay was flawless.

The hotel is minutes away from the heart of Sukomvit street and some of the Malls, so it is really a central location. However, it is NOT on Sukomvit, so be prepare to walk 5-6 minutes to and from the hotel if your main goal is the Sukomvit area. Other than that - the wonderful team, especially the Concierge, were great, with tips and helpful recommendations. All was fine.

The staff was very polite throughout our stay. While the restaurant's cuisine was undeniably exceptional, particularly the Japanese sauce pasta, which i would rate a perfect 10/10, the overall experience felt somewhat marred by pricing that bordered on excessive, especially in the context of Thailand's vibrant and affordable dining scene. Charging approximately 6 USD for a latte of merely average quality struck me as an outright overreach, diminishing the value proposition despite the food's stellar flavors. The rooms are fairly cheap for the quality, so the hotel will try to compensate with the pricing on their food, drinks, and services. As someone with extensive experience in the beverages industry, i was disappointed by the bar team's limited expertise. Though they were unfailingly polite and gracious, their unfamiliarity with off-menu requests revealed a gap in knowledge that fell short of expectations. Most egregious, however, was the pricing of premium spirits: a single shot of Clase Azul tequila for around 80 USD when converted from THB, representing an astonishing 700'ish % markup when extrapolated across the bottle's yield. This inflationary tactic, likely a decision from those responsible for curating the menu rather than the staff themselves, undermined what could have been a truly outstanding visit. All in all, a good experience.

Everything is great. So comfortable and the view is nice too. We always stay here when we come to Bangkok. Its always a battle to stay and enjoy the room or go out and explore ? Bit of a walk from the main road but it’s not bad. They also have a shuttle.

Location was good Staff unprofessional and all of them new faces I was there 6 times before But last time I feel new hotel not the same vibes before And also this is last time for me there Lobby small and full of smoke because the area of smoke beside door The toilet without door No bellman all times one or two should wait until of them to helping you I’m disappointed ☹️

This is time I was disappointed from the staff actually almost all of them new faces , uncomfortable , uncooperative and unhelpful. this is not five stars hotel , unfortunately no bellman all times , no concierge all week , we ask for baby crib they not bring it . Washing machine not work other room when we used it was ruined our clothes . No toilet’s door ?? , I was ther 5 times but this is last time I we’ll be there I hated my stay. High price without value. Nothing for added Just this is last time for this hotel

Hotel is beautiful and serene. Customer service is top notch, all staff were warm and helpful. Special mention to our concierge Coco, who went above and beyond with great tips and recommendations. We forgot a small bag upon check out and he personally delivered it to us. Hotel massage - not good value, I’m afraid.

Lovely, helpful staff, fantastic location and facilities

Lady Som at breakfast and pool is amazing and brings good vibes. She makes the guest experience of this hotel. Facilities are top and felt new. Nice afternoon free snacks around the pool. Overall good experience in great location. Reception staff are professionals but felt they lack joy of work but I guess and in my opinion it felt the whole hotel is lacking a soul or warmth. Including the bar and pool. Breakfast was expensive but diverse. Quality could improve mainly on the cheese and vegetables section. Not too many beds around the pool. The asked for money if you lost your key - unexpected from 5* hotel. I have no idea why they force the guy at the entrance to give military salute. A simple welcome or Thai Wai is OK but Salute? To everyone? I didn't feel comfortable he has to do it all day long. Please stop that.
