The washroom was smelly and the shower head wasn't the best condition-overall, the washroom wasn't that impressive.

The Service by the Staff and Location were Top Notch. I would definitely stay at this location again in the future. The rooftop bar area was amazing! We only stayed 2 nights so didn't mention it; but the AC in the room didn't seem to cut off and it was either too cold or too warm.

Location is ideal. If you want to stay in the Sukhumvit area it doesn't get any better than this. There is a pedestrial bridge from the hotel to BTS and to Terminal 21. My room was quiet at night. Check in / out was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Was disappointed there is not a desk in the room. Made working on the laptop difficult.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. What’s most commendable is that the entrance connects directly to both the BTS and Metro stations — the location is incredibly convenient. Thank you to the hotel for the lovely surprise birthday gift and the hand-drawn greeting card for my mum. She absolutely loved it. The hotel truly put in a lot of thought and care . Breakfast was a set meal with a semi-buffet format. Although it was very hearty and filling, the variety was not extensive.

The staff was very nice and friendly, they helped us with directions and advice, and also with room matters. All of the staff was very professional, and we would like to say special thanks to Rena for helping us so much on checkout. Our flight was late night and she made sure that not only our luggage, but the comfort of the family and the parking space were taken care of. The hotel is perfectly situated near Terminal 21 and the metro station, just literally crossing the flyover, 2 mins walk. The swimming pool overlooks the city and it has a very convenient snack bar. The gym is at the very top, a treat. I have no complaints. The rooms are Japanese style and rather small, but the hotel atmosphere compensates for that.
