The hotel is very clean and nice. The staff were excellent and very kind! I had an excellent experience at this hotel. I would come back here if I get to come back to Bangkok. There was limited space to store my clothes.

Very convenient location. Staff was nice and hospitable. Noise isolation is incredibly poor. Almost feels as loud as having a window open. Sleeping becomes difficult due to street noise. Booked two nights so 3 day stay. No room service on day 2. Cockroach found in bathroom.

Staff was amazing and welcoming. KT was super energetic and I looked forward to seeing him when we arrived back at the hotel. Our floor maids were so kind and accommodating. I read that the rooms are small but my husband and I found it very comfortable, we had 3 rooms for seven of us and stayed for 6 nights. A little shout out to the cute roof top bar, food was good for a late night bite. The BTS was very convenient often being quicker than a GRAB, I got a special edition card as a souvenir (you need your passport) instead of having to buy a one time card for every trip. The Sora Hotel Silom is across the street from King Power Mahanakhon, extremely accessible, and there’s a lovely massage spa called Chandee down the way. The pool has potential but is in need of love and attention, tiles were popping off and edges were very sharp, my husband and kids have scrapes from them. Otherwise, great for sun tanning.

The hotel is not far a way from my office and convenient to travel by BTS and room also clean. There are many street food stalls, and that's what makes me happy so much.

Location was great. Walls are too thin and very tiny rooms. Could hear everyone on the entire floor. Hard to sleep. Pool was dirty looking too.

Staff was nice, good location Rooftop bar was under maintenance , the reason why I booked at that hotel was mainly because of the rooftop bar. No compensation was offered. And also they said it doesn't really belong to them, so it's basically false advertising. And then even if they opened they close the roof at 7 p.m. which is silly. Internet shut down often ,.I had to reenter the password everyday. Which was annoying.

Good for an overnight stay or if you rely on public transport. Easy access to eateries within the city centre. The hotel staircase area appears to be gloomy and creepy The lift needs a proper upgrading too. The floor we stayed in feels somewhat unsettling and spooky. Not recommended for a longer stay.
