Location was perfect as walking distance to restaurants, mall, BTS trains and SPA. Very loud traffic sounds. Too loud had difficulties falling asleep.

I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and the staff were so kind that I had a wonderful stay. The room was exceptionally spacious, offering a great sense of openness. I also loved the fact that I could order two high-quality dishes for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Thailand there was a slight odor from the air conditioning

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel. There was a construction site immediately next door, and I was never informed about it prior to my arrival. The noise was constant throughout the day, making it impossible to relax, and I was woken up very early every morning due to the construction work. This completely defeated the purpose of my stay. Furthermore, it is evident that this construction project will continue for months, if not years. You should prepare accordingly and inform all future guests in advance. Failing to inform guests about such major disturbances is unacceptable and misleading. Had I known, I would have never booked this property.

From check-in to check-out hotel staff were amazingly helpful. Breakfast menu is alacarte but have many options and very tasty. Roof bar is a big plus. The location is very good Nearby construction may not be good for late wake ups.

Excellent service and lovely rooms. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms were well proportioned. Loved the welcome drink and snacks in the rooms. Breakfast was delicious! The location was great for us, so much to do within walking distance.

The food at the rooftop bar was excellent. Very friendly staff. Pool was rather small. The TV in the room was no smart TV. There was construction right across and on the road in the night which was very noisy.

The property was strategically positioned in the midst of the exciting Bangkok restaurants and street market culture! The majestic Emsphere Mall within a 5 minute stroll and fabulous restaurants and local 100 baht clothing & shopping. The breakfast is a must and the Roof Top Bar and pool is amazing! I found my experience very positive. I was rather surprised that there was only one elevator. I didn't like it, but it was actually not a big deal when you consider it is not a super high rise hotel. The quality however is better than most high rise hotels.

Very tasteful hotel with a nice rooftop getaway pool and restaurant. Staff were very attentive and made me feel welcome. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great walkable area with everything close by. There will unfortunately be construction next door for quite some time. However it didn't start too early or run late.
