There is a nice, yet inexpensive restaurant on the ground floor, which was perfect for our short stay. It made dinner so much more relaxing. The airport shuttle was also super convenient and ran on time. I had 3 small things that I didn't love: 1. The A/C didn't seem to respond well to temperature changes. I was too cold, so I ended up just turning it off. 2. They have old fashioned keys - you have to manually lock the door. 3. The pool is small and busy. It has more of a playful vibe rather than a relaxing one.

It was closed to a shopping area and night market for food. I didn't like that I got charged last-minute before leaving 300 baht. It was a small stain on the bed sheet and got charged. My sister was in her rage. That's unbelievable cause the stain would have come off.

Room was perfect for what we needed on a short stay before we left back home. The breakfast was well done and much needed after arriving by train from Chiang Mai. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were excellent. This is a very busy area and getting a grab could be difficult. Even the short distance to the airport could be difficult given the time of day.

The hotel restaurant is pretty good. The restaurant has gone downhill in the past few years. Less fruit for breakfast, and some of the deserts a no longer made in house.

The facilities, room, staffs, buffet breakfast and overall service were great. Nothing.

We only spent one night, but everything was great. The buffet in the morning was good and the ride to the airport was so helpful. Be sure you look at pictures and know that it really is a family bed for 3 adults.

Simple hotel with perfect location for our group to catch the early flight, very close to the airport. There is airport pick-up and drop-off service with additional fee, but worth it. The room is clean with comfortable bed. There are a lot of options for breakfast.
