Bad and not honest I did not found the hotel meet my needs so I told the Reciption’s I will not stay and cancel the booking and reimburse my payment to my card and he said he will do it till today not done Not honest the reciption staff

The location was excellent as well as the staff. There were many breakfast choices, and the restaurant had very good Asian dishes. The staff was very attentive and helpful. There isn’t anything I would want to improve.

The roof was close to me by the way i am only 186cm this make me uncomfortable

The staff are so friendly & welcoming . A very nice & welcoming lady named Tar who works at the reception welcomed us with a beautiful smile from the first day & assisted us always . Her service was excellent until our last day . She made our experience beautiful . In general , all the staff are polite and friendly. I stayed here last year as well but this year things have improved a lot. The hotel is in a good & quiet location. Everything was good.

Room was spacious. Staff helpful. The furniture was old, and the lighting was terrible. Gave a very dull feeling. Food was average. Breakfast was the same everyday. No variety at all. Also, we had to pay for extra water in the room...in this heat!

Excellent breakfast

The breakfast was one of my favorite parts of the stay. I loved that you could choose exactly what you wanted, and everything was fresh and delicious. The pool was also great for relaxing, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again ?❤️‍?❤️‍?

I liked everything and here the things I liked were written as underneath; Smooth and fast checkin The room I stayed was really wide and amazing. (Executive) Amenities in the room Excellent Breakfast Pool and its' area Fast checkout Kind personnel Free tuktuk at the beginning of the road Close to the convenient store( 7eleven), transportation facilities If I came to Bangkok, I would definitely stay in there written the reasons above. Thank you all. the breakfast cheese section could have been enlarged/increased( feta cheese, gouda, world selection of cheeses)

Not worth the money

I really enjoyed their breakfast and bed was comfortable. Upon arriving , the scent of the lobby was nice. I enjoyed how there is a 24 hour laundry nearby. The carpet was dirty on the 10th floor and the area of other building around the location in my option was not decent, gave me that eww feeling. Nobody helped with your bags to your room.

The rooms floors were not clean. Shower wasn’t functional and the thermostat to regulate water wasn’t working.. shower would be either cold or boiling hot. Had to change room which was better but this hotel isn’t upto the standards an overseas guest would expect. Breakfast was okay but same similar every day. Limited variety of fruits which was sad because Thailand is land of fruits .

The location is very near to Sukhumvit, the pool is nice and has a lovely view, the food at restaurant is very tasty, the stuff is very friendly and respectful. I loved it
