As Huay Khwang is a bustling neighborhood, there are a lost of cars and motercycles so it is really noisy even at night. Also I prefer to have a small table at the bed so I can put my glasses and a glass of water.

The location was great and staff was very helpful There were ants in the room. The bed was a bit hard.

Property looked nice and it was clean. Near transit and a great food hall Beds are very hard and it’s very loud, you can hear the other rooms flush their toilets and every single conversation that goes on. Bring your earplugs!

I love the service of the staff so much. The housekeeping was great and helpful. The bed is superb for us, definitely can have a well sleep everyday. Only the thing is the sound insulation, hope can improve!

Air conditioning, comfortable large bed, friendly staff, modest cost. Noisy construction next door, street noise, uneven floor between bathroom, bed and hallway presenting risk of falling, no microwave only a hot water pitcher, remote lication.

It was the second time we stayed here, liked it No bedside table, this time we got another room where AC worked not as perfecf as before, noise from outside

We stayed in this hotel the night before our flight back home and it was the best. You have night markets in walking distance and Big C market right next to the hotel. The rooms were clean and looked really nice. Definitely recommend. nothing

This room was classed as "Deluxe," which in my opinion should be a "Standard " based on the following 1. There are no bedside sockets for charging phones, etc . 2. No complimentary coffee/tea and only 2 bottles of water. 3. Balcony was shared and housed a large air-conditioning unit. This was also a small grated area with no chairs and lacked privacy. 4. Shower amenities were okay, but after having a shower, my skin itched all night due to strong chlorine in the water - smell was quite overpowering. 5. Clothes hanging was limited in depth and would not be suitable for hanging dresses, etc. 6. City view was the back of Big C . Finally, for those that drive, the entrance is in a small Soi with the actual car park, some 280 metres away - not ideal when carrying luggage or for people with restricted mobility .

Also you'll see many laundry shop around here. The wall is not thick enough, I could hear other guests voice when I turn off TV.

Absolutely everything: friendly staff, wonderful room that doesn't get hot without cooling it, AC works properly, the mattress was the best, Netflix, amazing bathroom, good sound-proofing. Maybe another chair? less direct light?

Great location friendly staff They only gave us one room key, had to keep asking to be let back in when only one of us would leave. As the room key had to be used to have power in the room

Good walking distance of less than 1km to either of the MRT stations (Huai Khwang, Thailand Cultural Centre), 24-hr reception. Close proximity to 7-11, restaurants, malls and plenty of coin laundry available on the street. Property does take extra 3% via card, would have been nice to be informed before booking. Also, do activate your card for e-commerce payment since you'll probably be shown a QR code/link to pay up.
