The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated, but adequate and a good value. The location, close to Lumpini Park makes it perfect. The hotel is an older property, without some of the amenities you might find elsewhere.

Enthusiastic helpful staff, great location, good spacious room, good internet The lightening of the room was slightly dim needs more illumination The breakfast is set menu not open buffet Early check in at 9 am charged me 500 bat "not written on the site" "but it was ok for me as available option" Early check out one whole night and didnot get any refunds " but that was understood from the hotel side as reservation was through booking

Great location We only had lights in the hallway but it wasn't a big deal

The usually efficient staff really let me down when it came to obtaining a taxi. Had made arrangements with desk the night before for a taxi. In morning, the taxi was not there and staff insisted in trying to place me with a driver that change fare four times.

The location and the comfortable and clean rooms and not to big and commercial, it has a personal touch! It could use some small repairs here and there as it is an old hotel

The AC controls were pretty much just on and/or off. The remote was not working properly. We had someone look at it, but didnt fix it.

Budget-hotel on an unsightly location in the middle of the bars-and-massage-district of Patpong. Courtous staff and goodsized, clean room, decent breakfast. Delivers well for the money!

The hotel offers very good value for money. It is very close to the Patpong night market and nightlife. This is the second time that I’ve stayed there.

2nd time staying at the hotel and it totally exceeded my expectations. Staff are friendly as well as responsive and patient to my enquiries. Check-in was fast and smooth. Hotel was located at the back of a short alley, away from the main road traffic. Plenty of amenities surrounding or nearby the hotel to meet all your needs. The mrt and skytrain are all within walking distance for you to get to the attractions that you want to go. Hotel is located off a main road, so getting to and from the hotel will sometimes require a bit of your patience but that can't be helped. Public transportation are nearby, so nothing much to complain about.
