The smell at the hotel And the cleaning staff are polite and nice The bed was made of two beds. It was very uncomfortable the bad separated apart 10 times a night. The stuff at the check-in desk are not nice, they ask for a fee for anything you want, including extra key or an extra cup, Breakfast is poor also. Btw, while I stayed a cup of glass fell and broke, they charged me for it a fee of ฿100, something that never happened to me not in a “five star” claiming to be hotel (Btw the facilities aren’t even worth 4 stars) Overall from my experience was a two out of 10 mainly because of the poor service of the check-in desk.

We stayed at Xtreme Suites Hotel in Bangkok for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. Despite some reviews saying the hotel is old and not well maintained, we found it to be quite the opposite. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout the stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The entire hotel premises—including the pool, gym, and rooftop area—while a bit dated, were still very clean and well looked after. For the price, it’s excellent value. Many people mention that it's far from the city, but we actually thought the location was perfect. You can easily get a cab to the city for around 150 Baht. And if you're up for a short walk (about 1km), you can reach the Si Kritha Yellow Line MRT station, transfer to Hua Mak Airport Rail Link, and then connect to any BTS or MRT line. Super convenient if you're comfortable using public transport. All in all, a great stay and we'd happily come back!

Way out of the center of Bangkok but many local small restaurants maked it a a nice stay overall. The bed was comfortable and the room was a big size but needs refurbishment. The staff was amazing.

You get a room with a huge window if you ask them before If you have any concerns the staff will do their best to find a solution The room smelled a bit bad but they tried to fix that Also there were some ants coming out of the wall but they’re gonna fix that as well!
