breakfast very good buffet Some times restaurant had no dinner cook, No notice was given so I was left without any dinner options.

Friendly; Has restaurant and rooftop bar. Very accommodating. Reasonable price.

Comfy bed and lively shower and coffee/tea making facilities and fridge. The location was a bit quiet restaurant wise but we could walk to Icon Siam in 15 minutes.

Nice and clean, helpful staff, comfy rooms, pleasant price

The breakfast did not meet my expectations. Very basic Sunnyside egg two pieces of dry toast, two chicken sausages, orange juice and coffee. Location is just all right not too far from Siam icon mall short grab ride about ฿80. The bedding could be better the mattresses what I would say not to my liking many hotels in Thailand, have better mattresses than this. This is definitely on the lower side of the scale.

The shower area was cramped

Cleanliness is well maintained and staff is friendly.Also location is good , outside many outlets to eat and ICONSIAM Mall is near It’s good almost however bed mattress should be soft and slippers and tooth paste should be provided. For Budget minded people it’s a nice stay

The locations, walking distance to ICONSIAM mall

The room is clean. Good value for money. Breakfast is good and not expensive. Very accessible to nearby spots, BTS, and Icon Siam. Motorcycle drivers are nearby. Easy to go around.The staffs are friendly and polite. The lobby feels like you’re in a luxurious hotel. Overall ?? During my stay, there were people making noises outside the room. Probably a couple who were fighting or others. They kept banging the door, slamming things, alarms keep going off, and even shouting. The disturbance took quite a long while. It sure does nothing to do with the hotel and staff. I just wish that if something like this happens again someone from the property would come and check the people or guests making the disturbance as it would not give other guests a peaceful and fun stay. Thank you.

The rooms and the wash rooms were really small.. however the staff is really nice and friendly

The location is a bit far from everything else. Metro station is also a bit far. I wish they had bedroom slippers (or bring a pair if you're staying here as they don't provide any). The bathroom, although it looks clean, had a weird smell. I had it cleaned again but the stench was still there, might not be preferable if you're sensitive.

Great price Location but for a lack of prior experience in town

The staff were very nice and the location is not bad if you want to be walking distance (20min) from ICONSIAM. The easiest way around is Taxi or Grab to get into the city or you can walk to a station / ferry in 20 min. If you are more of a traveler / tourist, this part of town is not for extended stays of several days. The Likes of Koa San and Sukumvit offer much more for eye to enjoy. However, if you are travelling for business, this place is pretty perfect bar the breakfast, its not as good as the photo's allude.

Power plug not Convenient and far from the bed

The shower was little small, and every time you taking a shower, the water would spread through the whole bathroom and the floor would be wet. So, you need to wear shoes just to use the toilet and sink after.

I had a lovely stay at U Sabai Hotel Bangkok. The receptionist was especially memorable—a true gentleman who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The receptionist went above and beyond—when my son wasn’t feeling well and stayed in the hotel room, he kindly checked on him. Additionally, when I called to ask for help paying for my son's food delivery, he paid from his own pocket, and we reimbursed him later. His kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more special. The hotel’s location is convenient, with a nearby shopping mall that is the largest in Southeast Asia (though the name escapes me). While it's a bit far from the main attractions, it’s well-connected. I highly recommend avoiding Grab, as you might get stuck in traffic. Fortunately, there are many great restaurants and massage salons nearby, and another shopping mall close by adds to the convenience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

New hotel in a quiet side road, away from the busy main road. 15min walk from IconSiam, 10min away from BTS. Spacious room, large wardrobe and clean bathroom. Hang out the sign 'Please clean up the room' to get it tidied up. Otherwise you'll only get water and a trash bag put outside the door.
