There was a lot of road works going on around the property and no shops were open nearby.Which is not staff fault.

The staff was incredibly helpful and facilitative.

amazing staff - all the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and very tasty. Room was sufficiently comfortable.

Unfortunately we witnessed birds flying into the pool area and drinking the water and pooping in the pool so we didn’t use it.

Clean and comfortable hotel located close to the citi's attractions. Very nice staff and good cocktails in a pool bar. Breakfast options too narrow and the internal pool too small.

The stay and the accommodation

The property was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Walking distance to the Grand Palace and other main attractions was easy, taking about 20-25 minutes. View wasn’t the greatest from our room but the trade off was the hotel was very nice. Not sure why the hotel isn’t full all of the time. Restaurants are a good 10-15 min walk.

Rooms are spacious, great bathrooms and linens Bar and breakfast areas a bit sterile. The fish in the plastic container and the fake ferns and plants are a bit tacky. Suggest invest in a good looking big glass tank and use real plants to improved the look of your bar area. Found breakfast underwhelming and expensive for what it was.

Staff is excellent and very accommodating.

Everything. The room was very noisy, the street around the hotel is under renovation, you can hear everything. The pool is down between 4 walls, which means no sun on the pool for the whole day. Plus! We had a bug infestation, the whole room was with "like ant" bugs with wings. We decided to check out a day early because all of that. Do not book.

Good location, food was decent and prices. What stands out here is the amazing staff! Every single one was so nice and willing to help for any thing we might need! Thank you! Location, staff and was clean- shower wasn’t as warm as I like but there was construction going on at the time and said that might be an issue but didn’t ruin our stay. Street is loud at night with thr cars but the supplied ear plugs

Very nice hotel, small pool, wonderful staff, decent restaurant. Unfortunately the area was bereft of places to eat or drink, and major construction on street made the area seem empty and distant from Bangkok life … See above.

Elegant but not overstated. The room was beautiful and spacious, especially with a free-standing tub. Staff was very helpful. Although it isn't located near the main attractions or busier parts of the city, we learned this was a benefit because it was relaxing and you can get a taxi for less then $5 to take you pretty much anywhere.

First of all the staff is easy going, very helpful and so nice ( Gift & Joy especially ) they were outstanding (: The design of the hotel is eclectic and clean from the outside and the inside is clean, modern and smells great ,quite and nice indoor pool I must say i have nothing bad to say

Perfect location, we walked or took public transit. Nothing

Great location, wonderful staff, big clean room. The windows were sealed, which is just a personal preference of mine to be able to open a window. The swimming pool only had four lounge chairs, and is right next to the restaurant, so not very private or comfortable for lounging..

Staff readily available, sweet attentive, pool is a nice quiet place to relax. Breakfast was very decent. Coffee’s selection very good Spacious rooms comfortable bed The credit card room deposit being held for up to 3 weeks after your departure. Pay cash avoid this hassle

We have stayed here several times. Never disappoints. Great hotel in a great location, with fantastic staff. It was all good
