The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Bangkok. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Housekeeping was outstanding and paid great attention to every detail throughout our stay. The service was warm and professional, and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome cake. We experienced a delay during check-in, and it took quite a while before we got to our room. Our initial room was on a lower floor with a disappointing view, and we had to request several times before it was changed. Thankfully, the hotel accommodated our request on the second day and moved us to a much better room. The breakfast was good in terms of quality, but it became repetitive as the menu was almost the same every day. It also catered more to Chinese tastes. While there were international options, I believe a wider variety of international dishes, along with more daily variety, would better match the standards of a luxury hotel. Also, guests should note that this is a boutique luxury hotel, so the lobby and entrance are relatively small and don’t offer the grand, resort-style arrival experience that many luxury hotels in Bangkok are known for.

They did not mention the pool was shut, that was a bit of a shame, they should have told me that upon booking as I was plannig to stay at the pool a lot (they offered an alterntive pool, but its not nearly as nice as their pool)
