Nice balcony and view if you’re high up. Very lovely friendly cleaner! Sound insulation is awful so you can hear everybody in the hallway no matter the time. We had to sleep with ear plugs the whole time. There is a pool that is well maintained but never in the sun. The reception staff weren’t the happiest and maybe the most stand offish we had from all our stays in Thailand. Always waiting so long for the elevator as they only have two and it’s a very big hotel.

The Internet needed to be reconnected every day by going to the reception,so used lots of data when unknowingly disconnected.
