Staff are amazing. From concierge to the staff working in the kitchen and making our bfast. Housekeeping did a great job Amenities are complete. We had no problem with our stay. Safe and secure place. Bfast is amazing None.

The room was spotless and had all the basic amenities. Checking in was seamless. The property is located close to many 7-11s. The BTS station is just a few meters away by walk which makes it easy for travelers.

The people were great, Aye, was super helpful, super friendly, and all around amazing. The place was clean and always smelled nice as soon as you walk in. It feels like a home inside a hotel. Very highly recommended. That i didn’t stay longer

No elevator. Air condition is set to be very cold. The breakfast is very poor and not many options. The room cleaning service is in the afternoon when you are in the room.

I love that staff were so nice and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, also I forgot my Ipad and the staff shipped it back to my house. Thank you so much guys! The location is in a soi which is quite narrow and the parking lot is a little too small. But other than that everything was perfect!

Common Living area Staffs Everything was perfect I got room at 3rd floor. No lift. And wifi was very poor at that floor. Like no wifi at all. Management need to work on that.

Close to the sky train stop and far enough from the city traffic. Quiet district. Breakfast is either eggs or Thai but made fresh so no complaints.

Room was basic but clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast served in neighbouring hotel was nice. Being on the top floor! Stairs very steep for two people in their mid 60’s who are reasonably fit.

Staff was very friendly and prompt/helpful when notified about an issue. Minor drain issue in our bathroom that was sorted within the hour. Communication and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Beds are comfy with city noises at night once in a while. Breakfast very good at The Pattern that was included in our package. Specific area when walking to the public transit system was a little stinky for the city. Still did it every time because it was an excellent time saver. Roads are tight but that is the way it is!

My room faced the road and that was the main disappointment: the noise from the motorbikes was always there, even at night. Then, one night the reception girl woke me up around 10-11pm (which made me unable to fall back asleep till 4am) to ask for my passport when I already gave them my ID with the details upon check in. I never found out why she wanted it as I told her to check my details from the ID and she went away. I would recommend not to disturb guests after 9pm as they might be already sleeping. After that I always turned on the "do not disturb" sign when going to bed. Also, the bed sheets were a bit old and dirty with the kind of stains that can't already be removed while washing. I'd recommend getting rid of them and buying more new sheets. The last thing that I should mention is that the price is above average, so you expect more from this hotel. So far, I wouldn't stay there again for the price they charge.
