A bit far from some interest points in the city, but again, the city is big and there's a lot of things to do, so it depends on where you want to go !

The first breakfast served with sand in food. The second brunch was beautifully presented and the portion was tiny which was enough for me. The first room was extremely narrow, mirrors everywhere does not help. The second room is better, however, the huge hammock seat dangling next to the bed and the small hanging bed on top of the queen bed made the room much narrower, annoying and a waste of space.

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They will help you bring your luggage up and down the stairs. They replenish towels, water, and toilet paper, even if you request your room not be cleaned. Before we knew about the Grab app, one lovely lady helped us get a Grab ride on the spot so we could make our appointment. The washing machine on our floor was very convenient and easy to use. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well and was not loud. The bed was on the firm side, but comfortable. The pillows were very comfortable! The hotel has quiet times after 10pm and the guests adhere to it well. The large TV has dual HDMI inputs, which allowed us to hook up our Switch! Also, the in-house cafe was delightful! The morning coffee was exceptionally good, and the food was tasty with good variety. It was all prepared with care. There is no elevator, so a little climbing to your room is required. While the location is quiet, we did not find it very walkable.

If you turn the mattresses over, they are moldy on the bottom. One window could not be closed, so mosquitoes were free to come in.

I really loved the location of this place. It felt a bit more "local" yet super close to ICONSIAM and all that stuff. But it was really clean, quiet, great staff, great breakfast, you could walk everywhere, 7 Eleven and other convenience stores right there, just a really great experience. I would definitely stay here again and out of 4 places I stayed in Bangkok it was the best.

Hosts are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The hotel is located in a relatively old neighborhood. The facilities can take a renovation.

Room was pretty worn out and whole place. Clean, but showing age. Streets nearby are small and busy. There is a " kitchen" but not really. Washing machine only too. Not a big deal for me, but, no elevator if you have walking issues. But, not bad not great. Felt safe though and thats what counts.

While the variety is limited, the inclusion of a local dish adds a nice cultural touch. That said, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable during my stay, which could be inconvenient for those needing to stay connected. Additionally, the soundproofing of the doors and walls left room for improvement, as noise from neighboring rooms and hallways was easily heard, impacting the overall sense of privacy.

Great location, bathroom, air con and breakfasts. Room lighting was very harsh and couldn't be switched from the bed. Would have liked to be offered advice on local area. It was a fascinating, run down part of town.
