Really clean and very nice bedding. Shower worked really well. Smoking area isn’t covered so you get wet. My biggest issue was how loud it was from The road. You could hear everything, I don’t think it’s sound proofed at all. Room was small but cozy.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the size and layout of the room, and how welcoming everyone we interacted with at the hotel. The bathroom was so clean. The toilet and shower had their own divided room! The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fine which all contributed to a good night's sleep. One minor note which didn't affect us greatly, merely an observation of the street it is located on: our room was facing the main street, and we did hear a little bit of the morning traffic, but the hotel seemed to have decent soundproofing walls as it wasn't as loud as some of the previous accommodations we have stayed at. The location was a little further away from the main area of Sukhimvit, so when we got into Bangkok a little later in the day, the options for food were quite limited at the time we got in.

The room felt newly built, with a modern shower and toilet in the bathroom. The king bed was very comfortable, and the addition of a desk and TV made it functional for both work and relaxation. Plenty of street food, cafes, and restaurants in the area—great for exploring local flavors. The hotel is a bit far from the BTS station and the city center, which could be inconvenient for travelers relying on public transport. Poor room service—definitely an area that needs improvement. The laundry facilities were outside the building, which wasn’t ideal, even though they were close by.

Room is clean. Bathroom is very good, separate wash room and toilet. There are only 3 parking lots available.

I absolutely loved my stay here, the hotel is cozy with nice rooftop and caffe. The rooms are clean, toilet is specious. And the staff is so lovely and welcoming. 10/10 recommend

I absolutely loved my stay at the Zen Master Hotel. I had initially planned to stay at this hotel for a week. I ended up staying for more than 20 days! First off, let me state that the hotel excels in everything most important to me: good hygiene, lovely staff, good WiFi (100mbps+), good location, and amazing vibes. I was able to have plenty of work meetings both in my room, in the cafe, and on the rooftop. Being a family-owned hotel adds a personal touch that made my stay even more special. The attentiveness and warmth of the staff made me feel at home. The hotel owner was incredibly helpful during my stay, from suggesting places to visit to making calls and appointments for me, and even speaking to the doctor when I had to make an unexpected visit to the hospital. I can't wait to return and would recommend it to anyone, whether looking for a one-day stop or a home away from home in Bangkok.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient neighborhood. 5 mins walk to BTS station, Punnawithi. The owner Krit, his wife & mother are the most friendliest and warm people. My 3 nights stay was more than amazing. I hope they can maintain the quality and service in the long run. Will come back every time. Everything was perfect ?
