Room clean, friendly stuff but in my bathroom light not working good and stuff don’t change me room when I’m arrived. Location in the map wrong. They stay not in main road, I’m a lot of time turn around streets for searching this hotel. In lobby very slowly lift for customers.

- room true to picture - so spacious and had a beautiful city line view from the balcony - smells and looks so clean - staff very nice - quiet neighborhood - conviently 25 minute walk from night life in silom - bed very firm (just my preference for a softer bed) - i could hear the elevator from my room (not too bad) - the water on the bathroom floor took a bit long to dry - i think it would be useful to have a tool to sweep the water towards the drain
