Toilet very clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, no breakfast provide but free water and coffee, location in front of a local market and not far from coffee shop, Chinese restaurant, convinient store (7 Eleven), also near the Ferry Pier which you can easy to take trip to ICONSIAM, Wat Arun, Wat Pho. Take a Grab to Chinatown just 45 Baht ($1.5USD). Great place to stay for short days travel.

The place was clean and cheap, good air-conditioning. There is no privacy in the rooms, not even curtains on the beds, the windows didn't shut properly so it was very noisy from 4am, the showers were temperamental, the stairs are all different sizes and they are dangerous, the old woman was a bit weird and quite noisy.
