The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The design of the room is beautiful and they kindly accommodated my request for a higher floor, which I really appreciated. The view was amazing. I felt very well taken care of. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, my room had a connecting door, so I could hear almost every word from the neighboring room. On my last night, I had very loud neighbors, but the reception team reacted immediately and helped, which I appreciated. The room also wasn’t perfectly clean, there were some hairs, and the sofa and armchair had quite a few stains, which made me uncomfortable using them. The breakfast was disappointing, especially for vegetarians. Most options contained meat, so I could mainly eat rice and bread. The food quality overall was not very good. The pastries were hard and breakfast in general did not meet expectations.

Great location love how accessible it is to all city attractions, It was clean and smells nice at the lobby beautiful views and facilities, the staff were amazing extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again next time in Bangkok. The pool, wish they had a separate kids pool and the service there was slow, had to go inside the bar dripping water everytime needed to order

The pool does not get any sunshine in the evening and the view is sort of obstructed.

Gorgeous and comfortable room! Would stay here again given good price. Pool didnt have sun on it in the afternoon. Its a little far from the areas where you'd walk but tuktuks are cheap.

The property was exceptionally clean. The Room was very cozy and comfortable While checking out I had a discrepancy about my charges with the front desk. 1st I noticed I was charged for a cappuccino from the restaurant at breakfast which I notified them I didn’t not order cappuccino the waiter bought the cappuccino to my table and I kindly told her I did not order as I do NOT DRINK COFFEE. Secondly, another charge for purchase at the deli on March 20 at 9AM. I kindly told the agent I have never visited the deli during my entire stay and they need to check their cameras as to which one of their guest used my room # to make a purchase at the deli and charges are pending on my account. I asked that these charges be removed immediately. The agent told me that the charges will be voided and I will only be charge for the room stay. Now that I’m back from my holidays and reviewing my charges on my credit card I realized that I was charged for both purchases. I’m highly upset. I did notify the agent the agent to have management review the cameras for March 20’at the deli and also speak to the waitress in the restaurant regarding the misunderstanding with the cappuccino that was sent to the wrong table. I will like both charges to be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible. Thank you kindly!

the room was cozy, design are nice, bathroom are clean, and nice bathtub, mini bar item is free which some hotel charge normally, area near 3 store of 7eleven, there a tuktuk that can send you to train station which is super cool only thing i dont like the tv cant use netfix, as now days some hotel already got that feature. 7 minutes walk from train station to hotel which abit far for my wife who doesnt like to walk LOL. overall i love the hotel.

This property looks just like the pictures and is located close to central park, shopping center, and gay night life via a short Uber (Grab) ride. The pool deck is a mazing. Crossing the street in front of the hotel is a little difficult if you are not used to Bangkok streets. If you plan on taking the subway to get to the hotel ensure you only have one luggage per person to carry around.

Beautiful new hotel. Rooms large with great design. Pool area and Mimi’s bar very nice,although as many have mentioned, the pool area is quite small for the size of the hotel. Location pretty good, 711 and some restaurants close by. Not very close to metro, but they have a free shuttle

The rooms are bot very good isolated from sounds. So sometimes we heard the traffic, even on the 15th floor.

Beautiful rooftop and spacious room with comfy beds. The pool only has 6 loungers so it is difficult to get a spot if you don’t go early.

Gym needed better refresh. Towels should have been replaced. Overall upkeep of common areas could use some improvement

Breakfast was a nice touch. Gym was small.

We loved our stay. The hotel feels new, the people are super nice, and everything went smoothly for us. We liked the little pool area on the 16th floor with a nice view over the city. The neighbourhood is also really nice with good food and coffee options nearby. The pool area is quite small and it’s difficult to get a sun lounger, however, this was a minor issue as the pool bar has nice couches where we could hang out after a dip in the pool.

The room was clean and modern, the shower was really good.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. They give you a welcome drink upon arrival which tastes so good. They also hold your baggage if the room isn’t ready. The room was absolutely perfect, very clean and spacious with an amazing view. Location is great, in the middle of a lot of popular things in Bangkok. The staff is very kind and accommodating as well! Note - they need ~5 minutes for housekeeping to check your room before you check out so be mindful of this. We didn’t have the time to allow this and we actually forgot a shirt there. I asked if the hotel could accept a package for me from Lazada and they said yes so I left my money with them but they didn’t accept the package. It was partially just bad timing because it came the day I checked out. Luckily our trip landed us in Bangkok again before we left so I was able to go pickup my cash and the shirt that we left too! Be mindful that you’re staying in a city. You can absolutely hear the traffic of the city at night however this did not bother us at all. We were on the 21st floor.

The room was very good and the bed super good. Staff were very nice. Location is also good.
