The hotel is very clean, the staff are incredibly hard working and hospitable, everyone is friendly and helpful. There are many facilities, including pool, laundry, jacuzzi, gym, shared kitchen. The restaurant chef as well as the cafe staff make really good food! You wouldn’t expect a phenomenal meal at a hotel restaurant but it was incredible.

It was a comfortable stay for my group of 22 people from 5 to 70+ years old.

10-15 minutes walk to Sam Yan station and ferry terminal to Icon Siam. We didn’t mind walking in the evening, but day time was a bit hot to walk.

As usual, iSanook has been exceptional. I always stay here whenever I visit Bangkok. Local stalls and shops, in the meandering alleys, offer tasty treats in the day. The studio room provides a splendid view of the nearby skyline. Nothing.

The staff was really nice! Even though the hotel was close to everything, getting to it was not the best experience

Very bad experience: To catch our flight we had to checkout in a rush. The staff took forever to check the room so we had to leave without taking the security deposit back. Afterwards they made up a stain on the bedsheets and refused to pay the deposit back!! Even after several complaints they did not pay us back, and did not react to our request of photo proof. We told them to wash the sheets first and if there really are any stains afterwards we are ok to pay for it, but all they did was send an invoice and kept the 1000 Thb for themselves. We are very upset and cannot recommend a stay after this untrustworthy behavior.

Spacious! We stayed for four nights and our key cards never worked properly. I was asked by the reception to update my key card everyday for no reason. We booked a room with a fully equipped kitchen , but they didn't provide dish washer or sponge to clean...
