The staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived; every single person went out of their way to make us feel special. The breakfast buffet offers an impressive variety of international options—I honestly wish I had two stomachs so I could try everything. We were sad to only stay one night, but we’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Bangkok. Nothing bad to say.

Everything was great, the rooms are nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. Amenities are exceptional (spa, gym, pool, etc), the restaurants and bars have great food, the rooftop is also great. Staff and service was really nice and attentive. It’s in a quiet location, which helps rest from the city buzz but it does require Grab to come and go.

The neighborhood was not conducive for walking around the deluxe room but there was no place to unpack our belongings

Is only one thing we miss some of our item from our bags we did a lot of shopping so we arrive. We see a lot of items are not there. And we are sure we put it inside the bag. But the bugs was open when the people was cleaning the rooms so some items was missing.

Excellent location. We spent alot of time researching where to stay and what the best area was. This location is centrally located to all neighborhoods. Walking distance to many. Staff was excellent. Great room service options as well. Beautiful pool and rooftop restaurant.

Very clean and excellent location. Breakfast buffet has great selection, quality and service. Hotel rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and overall nice. Staff is friendly and helpful when needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, the hotel itself was stunning. I especially loved the infinity pool, breakfast and the spa – the massage was one of the best I’ve had. Would definitely come back!

It was an excellent hotel, and we enjoyed our stay in a 2 bedroom apartment Pool was good Spas and gym also good The location is excellent – close to the supermarket, many restaurants, and tourist attractions. The staff was good Food was delicious Swimming pool cold And no Jacuzzi Some waiters were not polite in dealing with us in the restaurant, even though we had booked breakfast and dinner daily, and this was at an expensive price.( one to two persons only) Another waiters was amazing
