Baan Wanchart Bangkok Residences

This is the third time I've stayed here, and I think it offers the best value for money. The room is large, clean, and I'm always well received and have a good breakfast, although I didn't wake up in time this last time. Great location. No negative points.

Nice little place close to the main attractions in Bangkok. Fair price and friendly staff. Basic breakfast included. Pleasant outdoor area to have breakfast or work in the sun. Great for the price!

There was plenty of space in my...capsule? Bed space? It was big and the area for putting my luggage fit my full sized suitcase and carry on. There was only one other person staying in the dorm while I was so it was pretty quiet, which was nice. The bathroom itself was large but it only had two showers and two toilets. Toilet paper and towels were restocked when needed. There was a kitchen area and a back patio that looked very nice. There was also a washing machine, though it was a bit hard to find. You couldn't change the temperature of the showers (yes I know how and no it didn't work) and there was no soap in the bathroom, but there was provided body wash so I used that. The toilet started to smell for a few days but then I'm guessing was cleaned or got a new air freshener. I could hear people talking outside my room but no one was ever that loud for long.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the staff was amazing! We enjoyed our time at Baan Wanchart and will stay again next time we're in Bangkok

Breakfast was wonderful with varied products both Western and Thai food. Lots of different choices and lots of different fruit. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was wonderful and close to tourist sights. Another plus was they provided free water all the time.

We stayed twice in the same hotel and had great rooms both times. One of the highlights is breakfast, with all sorts of both Western and Thai options. The location is very convenient.

Shower curtain not very effective.

Excellent location in easy walking distance to major sites, short walk to Khao San but totally quiet, and not too far for us to walk even to Chinatown. Great simple breakfast in outdoor garden area right on the canal with monitor lizards and birds every morning (if you need fancy coffee, go to a coffee shop). Water is available all day, and incredibly kind staff.

Very clean and welcoming Nothing

The location is very convenient, and the staff is extremely helpful and eager to support matters such as taxi booking. The rooms are spotless, and breakfast is excellent. Would strongly recommend!

Wonderful stay. The staff were kind and attentive, and the room was spotless with excellent air conditioning. The location is perfect, with restaurants and markets just a short walk away, making it easy to explore. Every morning from the balcony, I could watch people making offerings to the monks as they crossed the bridge, a beautiful glimpse of daily life. Overlooking the lively canal, with birds in the trees and the water teeming with fish and other wildlife, the balcony offered a rare pocket of nature and calm right in the heart of Bangkok. One kind staff member patiently helped me figure out the laundry machine, which I appreciated so much. Outstanding value that far exceeded my expectations.

Place feels so nice! Amazing hospitality, very clean rooms, good beds, helpful reception, you feel very welcome there. Floors, bathroom are so clean! Overall my staying there was very good! Breakfast was ok, I wish they would have some real coffee, not only instant one. Fresh fruits, some eggs, all necessary but no coffee. Shower is very tiny, take it into account.

The reception and hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms are good. Breakfast is also good. We highly recommend this property!

The room was very clean and the location was great. The staff were very friendly and did a great job cleaning our room everyday. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. I would stay here again. The bathroom and shower were small, not made for big people.

I stayed in the all girls dormitory and it had private beds with your own door cover and enough room to stand and store all of your belongings. There was daily housekeeping and the daily breakfast was really good!
