Only good thing about the hotel is the location! If you are looking for a clean place i recommend not to choose this place very poorly maintained with dust ! Staff are ok but i think they should increase the customer service skill ! There was some mosquito around as well

The location is top-notch. It's right next door to a 7/11, which is key to keeping any hotel room stocked. It's not yet near a trolley station that would connect it to the futuristic public transport infrastructure of greater Bangkok, so you'll have to make do with walking or with frequent use of taxi services. Whereas Maxim is the popular mobile taxi app in Vientiane, Laos, Bolt is the one to use for Bangkok. That's important to remember so as to avoid waiting indefinitely for a Maxim driver in Bangkok. My only complaints about the room are that it was very cramped with no desk space and that the WiFi situation was catastrophic after the first couple of days. I suppose I could have opted to go the paid route but just getting set up in a room in the first place is enough bureaucracy for one short stay. So I brought my computer with me on sightseeing walks, then to Starbucks downtown in order to stay connected without running out my monthly cellular service quota using tethering. This stands in stark contrast to other hotels where WiFi is simply free and always available, and there is enough space for a real desk. This one simple improvement could make or break their business, even without larger rooms. As for a desk, were it not for the problematic WiFi situation I would have settled for using the stool as a desk and the bed as a chair. I was moreover unable to patronize the diverse and apparently excellent local restaurants and cafes because the WiFi situation forced me to plan around Starbucks, which are located downtown but not so much uptown near the hotel. At Starbucks in Thailand, I can always count on WiFi and power outlets. For others, I'd have to spend valuable time scouting them out individually for space and infrastructure.

The location, the hotel itself and the dedication of the staff. Nothing.

The stuff don’t respect people they just stole money from the costumers we pay for room and they said we don’t have any room and they don’t give us money back

It's okay. Comfortable, good location, there's a 7/11 next door. The manager and staff are great ! Nothing.

Check in was easy, WiFi worked and my room was clean. The reception welcomed we with a smile. I had a great time while I was spending time in Bangkok waiting for my flight.

There was no Internet in our room. I could pick up a weak signal in the hallway. We need Internet to upload videos to my YouTube channel @DougPVlogs I asked for a refund so we could check out and they informed me I need to apply from Booking. The staff was not friendly or helpful. They have a we got your money now leave us alone attitude. Besides that the location is great and hotel rooms clean.

The only thing the location was good. All other things are just a bad experience. I booked the room 5 weeks ago via booking. When I arrived the hotel they said my booking is cancelled and I need rebook again at a higher price. I contacted booking they confirm my booking is still available. But when the booking try to call the hotel. No one responds them. After 11 hours flight I almost waited 1 and a half hours. In the end, I repaid again. The reception was very rude and she didn't care about anything. The room was not good at all. The blanket and cover sheet has holes and marks. And the airconditioner from the Second War roughly blowing. The location was good and next to the hotel was 7-Eleven.
