Super convenient location - a short walk away from both the historical sightseeing like the Grand Palace and the nightlife of Khao San Road. Anything else is also easily accessible by (bike)taxi or public transportation. Room was huge, very clean, with a good a/c and comfortable bed. Water and all necessary amenities are provided daily. 24/7 McDonalds and 7/11 is also a very short walk away. There is no elevator in the building, but friendly staff helped with getting the heavy suitcase upstairs, so no issues with that. There is a washing machine and a dryer right on the property, which saves you a lot of hassle with the daily laundry. Enjoyed my stay, excellent value for money. -

The location is abit further away from Khao san, so if you want points of interest right at your door it's less so here, but nothing dramatic, 5-7 minutes walk and you're already in places of interest. This allows the hotel to be more quiet so I actually liked it

the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the location was very good. a couple of broken items, including the bathroom cabinet door and remote.

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The area is quiet and peaceful—I had some great night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

Great location, right near Khao San road. Maybe 10 min. walk at most. This was a pro to us because we would rather be able to fall asleep at night, which was easy because he’s quiet here. Felt completely safe, the rooms were clean, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating with everything we needed. A bit hidden behind some construction, not a big deal at all! Beds are a little stiff but never woke up sore.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Ever eager to help. They go the extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable. Quiet place, so you can have a good night sleep. Rooms are cleaned very well everyday. No breakfast options in the hotel. There are options close to the hotel. No Elevator. It is a low rise building, so didn't feel the need. The staff helped us take the bags up to our 2nd floor when we arrived.
