Value for money Room is not cleaned without guest calling housekeeping to do so. This happened on 3 days out of our 5-day stay

Room was decent and breakfast very good. A pre agreed early check in before came an opportunity to ask me for more money upon arriving after an overnight flight. Room was available but without paying they'd rather I wait Until 11am Absolute bastardry Also not a great location.. Over 1km walk from station and nothing of note nearby. [Edit - Noting hotels response but this additional charge was NOT communicated before arrival - here is the paste of the email i received which lead me to believe if a room was available i could check in] Dear Mr/Ms. Matt Sweeney, Well acknowledge for your request. We have noted your request for early check-in and will do our best to accommodate you, subject to room availability at the time of your arrival. In the event that your room is not yet available upon arrival, you are welcome to store your luggage with the concierge and enjoy our swimming pool and fitness center, located on the 4th floor of the hotel, while waiting for your room. I found the whole room not ready thing very strange, the reservation was made over a month ago. I really hope this wasn't done on purpose because we are Israelis, I've heard this has happened in several hotels where Israelis were given old rooms on certain floors just because they were Israelis. מלון נחמד, צוות אדיב וארוחת בוקר טובה. ריח הטחב שיוצא מהשטיחים ביציאה מהמעלית והכניסה לחדר היה לי קשוח. המלון מרוחק מהמרכז וקשה מאוד לתפוס מונית גם אם מזמינים מראש, לוקח הרבה זמן ויש פקקים מטורפים רוב הזמן.

The place was well priced. Rooms were decent. Staff at the place were great. Especially at the restaurant. Hotel is super crowded. A bit away from the city centre.

The location was near to Siam Songkran event hall. Stayed with my rave bestie. So easy to get food, sending out for laundry was a breeze, staff was polite, breakfast is good. All was wonderful I wish I booked the room for myself (alone) so I didn't have to share but it is what it is. No complaints actually

Its a beautiful hotel. Large, clean rooms, AC, water pressure and bed were all perfect for me. Its not close to many places. What you save on rates, you pay in Grab or Taxi

The best part of their hotel is best stuff and very nice and kind. Sometimes longer time to get the taxi, its nothing related to hotel

I stayed at Mercure Hotel and found the room outdated and not clean. The furniture was worn, and there was dust on surfaces. The bathroom cleanliness was concerning, with signs of previous guests. While the location was good, the lack of upkeep made my stay disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel until improvements are made.

Good location, good service as an international chain. Very comfortable bed Rooms outdated, not many courtesy amenities such as a bottle of water for instance

Staff at dining was very good. All staff there were very polite, transport booking facility and luggage caring facility was very good. Loud music at reception making problem to hear receptionist and bathroom facilities was not good . Very first contact at reception was slightly rough behaviour. I has already completed procedure at reception. Then after 2 minutes I again contacted for wheel chair for my mother of age 70 years who was unable to walk, receptionist said come in queue. Then after I have arranged wheel chair using my own efforts. Receptionist didn't arranged wheel chair.

I especially want to thank Ying (Chatchadaporn)at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. I arrived a little early, and while waiting for my room to be ready, she made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed. Her level of care and professionalism truly stood out and made a great first impression. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely stay here again! The shower was very small
