Es un buen hotel, el precio es bueno. El personal la gran mayoría buenas personas. Hay un poco de desinformación dado que no hablan muy bien inglés. El servicio de la Coordinadora por enviar una carta de suspensión de servicio porque se consumió el hold de la tarjeta de crédito y no hicieron aseo al cuarto por ese motivo y no estabamos enterados. Eso no nos gustó.

The swimming pool was so good, and with nice view. The clean of the room was little bit not good

This is a nice and modern hotel, the room is well equipped, the bathroom facilities are amazing.

The hotel is more a family hotel, this was not clear to us on the booking page. The gym was combined with the playroom so there were kids running around and screaming really loud. The pool was beautiful, but the poolbar was only open until 8pm.

The room was perfect, clean, spacious, with a big bathroom with Japanese toilets. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop near the pool; even though it was a stormy sky, it was lovely, and the staff was super attentive to the guests. Nothing, we'll be back.

Location and the staff Pool was too small and food was not good at all.

Beautiful and luxurious rooms were spacious we had connecting rooms, staff was helpful, buffet for the morning was quite good although you’re probably find some cheaper options nearby especially restaurant called a breakfast story Nothing really to complain about

We stayed at Grande Centre Point for 2 nights and really enjoyed the stay. We got the deluxe king room, which had a very comfy bed and fluffy pillows with essentially blackout blinds that gave us the best sleep on our entire trip. The bathroom was massive with both a shower and a bathtub with great water pressure. Our stay had breakfast included; the highlights were the omelette station, pastries, pancakes and fresh fruits and juices. I would recommend going earlier than 10 am, as most of the food is over by then. The facilities in the hotel are quite nice, with a pool overlooking the city and a steam room. Overall, we had a comfortable stay in this hotel and would definitely stay again. The room service definitely has room for improvement. We ordered a simple English breakfast tea with milk on the side, which took 40 minutes to get to our room. I had to call them 3 times to get them to check the status of the order. Would have made tea in the room, but they didn't have milk or English breakfast tea.

Mostly great, only con is that on day 1, we were out from 8am-3pm and house keeping hadn’t come by. Again, not a big deal but just something to note.

Poor soudproofing. Lack of alcohol and lobby bar was a surprise. You can get beer and wine by bottle in the pool bar and roof top restaurant but you must pay with cash/credit card, room bill isn’t an alternative (as it is for food and non-alcoholic drinks).

Clean, location Missing a bar or extra facilities

The below are just nitpicks - I would give this hotel a 9 out of 10 on booking, but the below criticisms are why it's a 9 and not a 10. -Although the bed was large, you could feel that it was actually not a king but two beds pushed together. There is a noticeable gap/dip in the middle of the bed where the two mattresses are pushed together. Something should be done to improve this- most legit 5-star hotels have full king mattresses. -No decaf options for coffee. To me, this is just missing the details that are needed to truly be an exceptional 5-star hotel. A lot of people nowadays drink decaf and avoid caffeine. Most of the best 5 star hotels in the world have decaf options. Small details like this are what set the best hotels apart and it was missing here. Decaf options at breakfast and in the room. Easy fix. -No alcohol. Now this didn't totally bother me because I don't drink much nowadays, BUT, my trip to Bangkok for the weekend was for my birthday. Part of my birthday weekend was meant to be having a cocktail or beer poolside in a nice 5star hotel. It's pretty lame that this place doesn't advertise that it's an alcohol free hotel. Perhaps that would hurt their marketing? Either way, you could probably make it more known that you don't serve alcohol. Or better yet, you should probably just serve alcohol to cater to your 5 star guests.

This hotel gives you a true luxury feel from the second you pull into the driveway. The lobby is grand and the service is exceptional. I needed to store some luggage a week before my actual stay and they handled it without any problems at all. The room itself was just magical and featured the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Everything was flawlessly clean, not just in the room but throughout the entire property. The facilities are fantastic. They have a large gym, a fun game room with billiards and darts, and a great pool area. The breakfast is also top-tier with a huge selection in a spacious dining room. The water in the pool was a bit on the cold side. The location is not bad by any means but it is a bit of a walk to get to the nearest BTS station.

This hotel is absolutely great! 1 - Room: The kind of room where you open the door and get that “WOW” feeling. 2 - Cleanliness: Spotless. Not only the room, but the entire property. 3 - Pool/Gym/Bar: Amazing views and excellent facilities. 4 - Breakfast: Stunning — I really loved it. 5 - Staff: It was my first experience with people from Thailand, and I was impressed by their politeness. At the hotel, they were truly outstanding. 6 - Area: I highly recommend this area if you want to avoid the chaos of Sukhumvit. Many people suggest staying in the busy center of Bangkok, but if you prefer less traffic and a calmer atmosphere when stepping out of the hotel, you’ll love it here. If your budget allows for a hotel like this: stop wasting time reading reviews — you’ll love it. If not: it’s still worth staying here for at least a few days during your time in Bangkok. I didn't liked that I haven't stayed longer on this hotel when visiting thailand.
