What i didn't like was so dirty smelling so badly ? the toilet was horrible and also the room was very bad old and smelling and dont take it clean for long time

Staff are polite. Air conditioner is not in good condition. Feel so hot when in room so that I can’t sleep soundly. 2 nights with difficult sleeping

Nice hotel, looked good, good view, convenient location (without knowing too much about bangkok) The bed was so hard that I did not sleep all night. The pillow was too thick. I sometimes sleep without pillow instead, but this didn't work as the bed was too hard. The loud AC and some other sound from outside also made it harder to relax.

The location was okay. The pool isn’t accessible it’s still being built and the pictures to not replicate what you walk into regarding the rooms. Mattress are terrible - we asked to change the room and they were the same. We’re not fussy customers but it really needs some love and care thrown at the building. Shower head was broken and bedside table with coffee marks etc… however we couldn’t complain about the cleanliness.
