The internet is very weak.

Nice, clean, and comfortable rooms with A/C for a good prices. The pool is very big and clean. The fitness centre has all you need to get a good workout. Checkout and staff were fast and effortless. Highly recommend Just a little far outside of Bangkok, but grab/train transport are easy and not far from hotel.

The receptionist customer service was satisfied. I feel that the location was not that ideal for me. Was hard to get around to places as quite far.

Entrance confusing for cabs

Be ready to pay 200 baths extra in addition to the amount you see on Booking. Even though Booking says the amount is final. for me it wasnt final - the hostess asked me to pay 200 for Keys... not sure if it's okay, i've never paid for keys in any hotels but what could I do, just let it go. the amount isnt big, the scenario of how it went make feel not nice

Spacious, daily Cleaning, worth the value, gym was okay. The pool wasn’t very convenient, the lady who checked us in and out was not very friendly, the breakfast quality is very poor!

Nothing. Even the reception wasn’t welcoming. I expected smiling staff This is a hotel where there is lot of inconveniences. The location is bad and not easy to commute. Difficult to find taxi or walk on street as there is no foot path. Bathroom was slippery. Be Careful!! We stayed 11 nights never saw a reception smiles or greet. Food options are limited. The restaurant they have has less choice. Even for breakfast. We had to find a hotel in this location coz we had some work in the area.

The rooms are not as advertised. The room was not very clean. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Quite far away from anything.

The staff are not approachable not even accomodating. The room's light is too orange and not all are working. THERE'S NO HYGINE KIT PROVIDED!!! NO TOOTHBRUSH! there's a coffee heater but there's no coffee srsly.

Affordable stay close to the airport. Clean and comfortable room. Will definitely stay at Leenova again. None specific.

The place was clean and everything was provided, but no hand wash. They clean the rooms every day also. No separation between shower and toilet so bathroom was wet. But because they clean every day, its okay. Commuting might be a little hard depending on what you use for transportation.

Ample parking It's not black out curtains so it's impossible to sleep in. My room was facing east.
