First room what they gave me was really disappointing, dirty , old, smelly. They dont have facilities what they said on site. Stuff was really disappointing.

The rooms are cleaned everyday and the staff are really efficient and nice, the cleaning crew are so sweet :) The location may be a bit far from the city.

The location was very close to Seacon Square. very practical. Also practical to go to town. Everything was good.

The parking is covered and looks safe When I booked my room, I had informed that would be for 2 adults, one 13 years old kid and one 3 years old baby. And was informed that it was okay. When I did the check in, they charged me 2100 Baht more for the 13 years old bed, that was not described once I booked. This is a scam.

We stayed at this hotel during our Bangkok trip and had a great experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful. Location is perfect for shopping and traveling around the city. Value for money ?

Nothing. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Despite booking and paying for a high-quality room, we were deliberately assigned the lowest-quality room available. After raising a complaint, we were promised an upgrade, but the second room was also unacceptable. The room was old, visibly dirty, and poorly maintained. There were blood stains on the pillow, multiple insects on the bed, excessive dust throughout the room, and we experienced severe itching and discomfort, making it impossible to sleep. The fan noise was extremely loud and unbearable. The staff failed to provide any solution and only offered verbal apologies without taking responsibility or corrective action. This is a serious failure in hygiene, service standards, and honesty.

You get what you pay for. Location is decent. Area is clean and safe. 7 eleven was nearby for daily needs 1. Staff doesn't speak/understand English. Good luck! 2. Buffet has 1-2 veg options apart from 1-2 seasonal fruits. Even those options may depend and you are left with no veg options 3. Rooms are clean. Hot water shower works 50/50. No slippers/iron/robe in room. 2 bottles/day strict limit. 4. Seriously limited Veg food options nearby.

super friendly staff at all times of the day/night, fantastic quiet location in bangkok with a massive mall around the corner with EVERYTHING inside! close to public transport links, everything you need within walking distance, a rooftop pool with AMAZING city views! a church right across the street which for me as a christian was big plus! the list goes on! yes, i HIGHLY recommend this place! nothing. i enjoyed everything about my stay here.

The room was clean and the furniture was modern. The location was what we were looking for - close to shopping centres and restaurants. The gym was inappropriate - very little equipment, but more disturbing was the lack of air conditioning in it. This makes it almost unusable.

Located close to Seacon Square shopping mall, Monorail, Train Night Market and Suan Luang Rama 9 Botanic Garden. Hotel was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, staff were great and accomodating. Has swimming pool and gym. Good price compared to other hotels we've been to in Bangkok.
