I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the amenities available in the room. It was all so beautiful! I wish I would have been able to stay longer. I ordered the chicken, veggies, and cashews and it was delicious. I was very happy to see a washer/dryer combo in my room but there was no laundry soap. There was no way for me to call down to the front desk, the phone in the room didn't seem to be working.

Great breakfast. The hotel is really close to major shopping centres and the rooms are wonderful. Our room had wonderful views over the city and having a washing machine was an added bonus. The bathroom is a little outdated but is very clean.

The staff were delightful. Extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Very old and worn toilet, terrible wifi, shabby room with scratched furniture, not enough amenities and equipment, shabby gym with no aircon, shower water not hot enough, bad location.

My room was broken and outdated without washer, but staff gave free laundry service to compensate

Room was spacious, we had a two bedroom suite on the 21 floor, view was amazing, rooms were big, bathrooms were ok and there was a jakoozi in the master bedroom Housekeeping was a bit below the expectation. Although we tipped, they did not clean the room properly. We complained few times but still it was not up to standard.

The suite is very spacious with windows and a balcony for great views. We were looking to stay close to the Train Market for two nights before departing from BKK airport. Easy walk to the two malls and 7-11 convenient. Staff was very accommodating, courteous and helpful. Breakfast decent variety. Only four suites per floor so very private and quiet. Price was reasonable per Western standards given the size of room. Full kitchen and washing machine good for longer stays. Wifi decent. Western and Thai TV stations. It's an older hotel, so have realistic expectations of wear and tear. The shower door didn't close properly so water did leak out onto the floor. Hair dryer was broken.

The staff is so friendly and awesome. They really were the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. The property is in walking distance of malls night markets and grocery stores. It is very old and kinda worn. The rooms need a deep cleaning and maybe some updating. I had to switch rooms.

Bed was fine, room is big, breakfast is ok. Very disappointing. Room is fine but this is not a 5 star hotel. You can have same room and breakfast in any 3 star hotel and pay half the price. Swimming pool was broken into pieces, could cut my kids foot with the stones so the relaxing/cooling time after a day outside was not possible. In the evening the elevator makes a beep beep noise to drive a person crazy. As per their information it is for security reason, I just don't get why I need to hear the whole night every time the elevator moves up and down. Breakfast was fine for me as I like eggs, they make it nice for you. But my daughter had a hard time as she wanted some bread and she only got old hard bread. If I did not pay for a 5 star hotel this would be acceptable but don't charge for a service you cannot provide. I decided to cut my holiday short than spend another night in this place.

Large suite, friendly and attentive staff. Good location. Very dated, bathroom needs to be redone. The place is a bit run down making it feel unclean.

Needed a decent place for "one night in Bangkok" near the Train Market, and this perfectly fit the bill. No frills. Little character. But clean and functional, and staff were very friendly.

We were there for the long stay, and learning to ride the railway system was very easy from the Lumen! Everyone was so pleasant to be around. Loved the buffet, and the menu for dining. Everything we needed was right across the street. They were all the way wonderful every day. Maybe for such a long stay, we could have been given a sofa. The 2 Sitting chairs, were OK, but never was a bother.
