The room was a little dark. The sign at the pool saying no yelling or shouting plus all the normal rules made it feel a little like adult only. Less of a family vibe.

Breakfast was amazing with great quality for the price we paid. They offer different choices of salad, yoghurt, bread, fried rice/noodles, rice porridge, curry chicken/pork, freshly made noodles with soup. If you only want extensive choice of Western Breakfast, this is not the right place for you. The room was spacious and clean also with a pool view. Very quiet at night. We especially loved the hot shower. I also had a 2 hrs deep tissue massage, as the hotel offered 30mins free when paying for a 90mins package. I paid only 850baht instead of ~ 1150baht. There are two pools and both are super nice. The benches are in the shade so you can lie down in the afternoon. I saw many people complain about the location, but it is clear when we book that it is not in the city center. But it is located at a more local neighborhood with huge malls nearby and a big train night market. We truly enjoyed staying here to be surrounded by locals and have a taste of how local life is. Instead of walking outside bumping into only tourists. If you want to be in the city center of where all the tourist attractions are, this is not the place. But it is only like 20mins by grab, so it is totally doable. Super nice and friendly staff. Totally recommend and would love to come back. Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

Loved the staff. From the security staff out front to the reception at the desk, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast looked amazing, also room service was a nice option. Only thing that would be nice would be a microwave in the room or in a more accessible common area.

Very old, location far from everything. I stayed only 2 days because it is close to the airport. But I regret it! I dont know how booking allow to post such a scam on their platform. Nothing....

Really enjoyed the bed comfort and overall cleanliness of the rooms, quality servicing of the room each day. Staff overall was friendly and very responsive to our queries. Location overall was perfect for our stay and activities in Bang Na Some limitations around the neighborhood being a bit underdeveloped and detached from major roads. Some road noise from motorcycles but overall was pretty peaceful for us.

The bed was comfortable. The pool was disgusting. Green in color. Did not look clean and had a fungus look to it. We booked here for the pool and did not get in it because it was so gross. We never saw anyone else get in it either. The coffee shop wasn’t open when it said it would be and also opened late in general at 8am. The bed only came with two pillows and the hallways were not air conditioned but we did like the shower and bathroom.

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!!! The whole stay was great! These people pride themselves in providing the best stay for you. Clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Seacon & Paradise Malls close by. The train market too was great! I will definitely stay here again, happily! Nothing! This hotel far exceeded my expectations.

I did not like the fact that on one occasion I was asked to leave the little coffee area as I was not ordering coffee. Nobody was in the coffee area and I just sat in the corner reading my book. Extra towels which we needed had to be paid for. We never took the extra towels. We were not allowed extra water. In the hotel where we are right now, we can get as much water as we require and every floor has a filter where we can refill water bottles.

We booked the king bed room - the bed and pillows were literally the most comfortable bed/pillows in all the places we have stayed in Asia and likely worldwide, and had soft, high quality linens.. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The shower has plenty of hot water, good water pressure and a DOOR! Our room had a kettle, mini-fridge, coffee, tea, water and a lovely window seat, plus a small cafe table and chairs for meals. The staff went above and beyond, helping me communicate with a local business, and we're always friendly and polite. Housekeeping honored our Do Not Disturb sign. Close to shopping, coffee, restaurants and a few 7-11s (about a 6 minute walk). The internet was slow at times. Only 1 network for the entire hotel.

very nice room, 30 minutes from bkk airport, nice breakfast , 7/11 and a big mall are few minutes of walking. I wish they have a vegetarian Kao soi option in the breakfast :)
