The property was fantastic. Having a café on the first floor was a great convenience for those times you didn’t feel like going out. The laundry facilities were excellent—open 24 hours and thoughtfully stocked with vending machines offering detergent and fabric softener, which made longer stays much easier. Directly across the street is a massive mall where you could easily spend half a day exploring. Plus, just a short walk down the street, you’ll find countless food options along with two 7-Elevens, making the location incredibly convenient. The staff were amazing—exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming. A huge convenience was that they allowed you to leave your bags if you arrived before check-in, and even after checking out early, you could store them and come back later. A small but genuinely thoughtful touch that sealed the deal for me was their willingness to exchange bills for coins so I could do laundry. It’s those little conveniences that really make a stay stand out.

For a one night (24 hour) stop over between flights, the location of this hotel was perfect for our needs in terms of distance from the airport. About 20 mins taxi ride subject to traffic (I would personally allow at least 30-40 mins). The location of the hotel is good in terms of shopping mall, night martket, and street food if you time it right. Unfortunately for us, the flight in was late, meaning we didn't arrive at the hotel until after 10pm - the hotel restaurant was shut at 10pm, there were no places to get food and drink apart from the 7/11 shop down the road. the hotel room was large, spacious and clean. The bed was massive. All excellent for our needs for the night. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The roof top pool was amazing. Large enough pool to have a decent swim. Could do with more sun loungers, but it was perfect for us to while away a few hours pre flight and have a chill. Would highly recommend for anyone wanted a short stop over between flights. The breakfast was not to my liking, but that was personal choice.

Can't smoke on the balcony big no more for me

I personally book a room with a balcony for one reason that is to go smoke... So when a hotel wants me not to smoke on the balcony. It's good for some not for me

Location near malls and night market. EXCELLENT gym and pool. Ok breakfast. Beds are concrete. Terribly uncomfortable.

Beautiful property with lots of amenities. Check in and check out we’re very convenient. My room wasn’t the cleanest. The toilet had hairs on it and there was an old toothbrush left on the sink. The rest was tidy.

Breakfast was decent and the location for our needs was perfect. Very good value. It was quite noisy from the road traffic.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Skytrain's yellow line. It's also just across the road from a large shopping centre, which was very handy. The room and beds are very comfortable. Shower, hot water & air-con were all good. Bottled water was provided daily. The included breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful & friendly. The rooftop pool was wonderful, especially as it is open until 9pm. The gym looked well equipped, although we didn't use this on our trip this time. It takes time to travel in to central Bangkok by metro/skytrain, if needing to go there. Otherwise, there's nothing we didn't like.

Nice pool on the roof with clean and tidy surroundings and small gym. Nice breakfast (set menu) 7/11 about 5 minutes walk and street food options on the street. Nothing

Check out at 5:45 am staff keen, fridge and bathroom new, two key cards. Door slamming needs sound proofing, beds very firm
