It was not clean at all

AC functioning. Booking / Mango10 ruined our group holiday by canceling one of our reservations. Mango 10 was no help in trying to find a solution or accommodate us in any way. This caused our friends to have to leave their vacation early. For the hotel itself - the location is quite far from the bus or train stops. There wasn’t a lot of food or drinks in the area (or you have to walk to the mall). Rooms are SUPER basic - just a place to sleep. Beds were hard. Our room was on the bottom floor so NO natural light. Friend who booked after us got a 3rd floor bedroom which was much nicer.

Good service for that price really!! I wanted amenities more like shampoo, treatment, hand soap, that's a famous in Thailand if that's possible lol Btw, I think it was a lovely choice to stay mango 10 ! Appreciate it

Strong WiFi Bathroom isn’t comfortable and the toilet blow won’t flush.

bed was super hard, could barely sleep.... location is somehow decent considering if you order some Grab taxi
