The staff was very accommodating, especially with our late arrival. Very friendly and helpful people. Everything was incredibly clean, probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed.

Proximity to BKK airport and nearby 7/11. Big room and bed. Strong AC plus a fan. Fast check in/out - I checked in after 1am with no problems Nothing

The air con in room was broken so they asked us to go to another hotel quite far from this hotel and the room was on the 5th floor with no elevator, so inconvenient even we had only 2 small carry on bags. The staff there was so rude with not welcome face and gesture when they knew we came from another hotel. Too bad experience!

Good location close to airport. Friendly staff. Restaraunts and convenience store close by. Perfect stay for late or early flight travelers.

They told me they had to move me from queen bed to twin room because of "problem with booking.com". I didn't like it since I paid for a big bed and had to sleep in a single bed. It was 5th floor (no elevator) which is ok but the stairs are small and high which is uncomfortable to climb. Location is great and still quiet.

Cheap, near to the airport, taxi transfer to airport organised for me No windows, so entirely dark when you turn off lights, but that helped me sleep I guess!

Fast and easy to get to/from the airport even in the middle of the night. Many restaurants and some shops around. Clean room and even the planes were not too noisy, considering how close to the airport the hotel is.

Be careful about using linens. My wife got some makeup on one of the hand towels and that caused a bit of an issue with the staff checking us out. It almost cost us 200 baht for that little deal. In the end, they did not charge us
