I didn't like the customer service. We asked for a wheelchair, it was charged just to go across the street. We asked for Iron, we were allowed only for an hour. Everything about money, don't care whether you have taken 1 room or 6 rooms the treatment is the same. Even late checkout for 1 hour will be charged half day. It is unpleasant experience.

The Location close to Bumrungrad Hospital, the room size is perfect and cleanliness is very good. The Bell boy, housekeeping staff and the Restaurant staff are very friendly and welcoming The front desk manager is not professional or helpful when interacting with guests. She often responds rudely and negatively, does not provide justified answers to inquiries, and seems indifferent to guest dissatisfaction. I will only stay at this hotel again if I notice improvements in the behavior and attitude of the Front Desk Manager. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, and I am very satisfied with everything else

The staff were super friendly and helpful. For example, once they knew my coffee order, they would pour me a cup,and bring it to my table. So nice! One other nice gesture was they made me a cake and delivered it to my room on my birthday. Very thoughtful. Not sure what others were complaining about the breakfast….we found it very good with plenty of variety. The hotel,is located in a high Arabic and Muslim area, so they serve some hummus, chicken sausage, dal, curry, etc.. They also had Thai dishes, soups, chicken stir fry, fresh fruit and salad, eggs any way you want them. If you can’t satisfy your hunger with what they are offering , then you are the problem. We were there for the Bumrungrad Hospital which is a quick 5 minute or less walk. We loved the location. It is about 20 minutes walk to the more touristy Terminal 21 mall. It is only 9 minutes walk to the Nana Metro station. Just cannot say enough nice things about the hospitality of the staff. I wish the pool area had an elevator to the top and a few more umbrellas. That would make it more inviting to guests to hang out there and you would possibly get more sales with beverage and food. I wish the spa had more competitive pricing. It would be another way for you to boost your sales. I am not saying a drastic cut, but maybe a 15-25% reduction on all packages or offer discounts to your guests. I believe the least expensive massage was 1600 for an hour and 15 minutes?

There was no hot tub as advertised. I ordered room service but was never acknowledged i ordered it. I was told the TV was wifi capable for streaming and it was not. Also the pillows were very uncomfortable. I didn't sleep much do to some laundry or some machines running all night banging from time to time and also construction noise in another room close by. I barely slept for 4 nights.

Front desk staff were so professional and helpful, location for people like to eat Arabic food is perfect The bathroom towels are never clean; the hotel needs to change them. The breakfast needs to be seriously reviewed by the hotel management.

The breakfast was excellent. the staff were very quick to respond to requests. The water was hot and the reading light was great. This is definitely an old hotel. The rooms were dated although very clean. The hair dryer kept cutting out. The towels and bedding weren't white, but a tired off white. I had to ask for a non slip mat because the shower was in the bath which is dated and quite dangerous. There was also a distant drumming late into the night, which we assumed was the hotel's band playing.

Big quiet room, comfortable bed, a lot of drinking water. Threshold at entrance to bathroom. I prefer shower cabins instead of bath tubs in hotels
