We had a great welcome from the girl behind the bar! Very friendly. The shower was awful! Hardly any power at all. The room was not very clean, particularly if you moved the armchair! The furniture definitely had not been moved when cleaning!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The family room was huge. The shower was weak and hard to get the right temperature.

The breakfast, made to order and served hot, fabulous Room could do with a good clean and spruce up. Bedding was fresh and clean, rest not so much.

Nice breakfast, clean beds and towels. Very good location. Staff friendly. Cheap and cheerful. Needs a good deep clean in rooms and hallway. Creaky floors means can hear everything. There is not a lift so let them know before hand if you have trouble walking stairs. Other than that nice stay overall.

Friendly staff who tried hard with what very little they had. Inexpensive for the Bangor area. First impression is a dilapidated building waiting for demolition. Untidy, litter strewn and well past its use date. Basic room ok for price but too many issues with cleanliness, stained carpet and upholstery, mouldy bathroom, barely functional shower. This hotel needs a complete makeover. “Restaurant” does not serve meals, basic breakfast only.

Old fashioned rooms with high ceiling and tall windows, comfortable bedrooms and clean room. A little outdated decor, but amazing location, friendly staff. Continental and full English breakfast and included in the price for 3 people which was a really good bargain.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean but tired, the beds not particularly comfortable but the room was spacious. parking was a challenge. The kettle was burnt out and needed replacing, there was no one to tell this information to.

Receptionist friendly. They do not charge for dogs. The room really need updating. Bathroom door would not close. Room door wobbly and creaky. Offered small cooked breakfast at no extra charge, and continental. On morning of checkout no cook, decided continental fine. Had to ask twice for cutlery items. Some items never arrived, but people on another table seemed to have plenty -probably our fault not assertive enough
