Quite a few things seem to be falling apart

The hotel must have been recently renovated and it was one of the most clean hotels I've stayed in Bansko. A bit off the beaten path with ample free (private) parking in front of the hotel (at the street) No complaints, really.

The room was basic, with a small refrigerator... The owners don't speak English and it was a bit difficult to communicate. No breakfast options were available or communicated to us..

Parking outside the hotel is nice and the staff is really nice even if they don't speak english. The rooms could be a little bigger and the location is very far from the center and especially from the Gondola. If you are not using a car I do not recommend this place as it is a 30 minutes walk from the center. It's also not suitable for ski/snowboard equipment storage.

Room was good for the price and clean If the bus to the mountain is advertised as leaving at 8.15, then it has to leave at 8.15 - not 15 mins later, or the queues for the chair lift get too big. Communication could be better, such as help yourself to tea or coffee...etc

Very clean, hospitable host, spacious and bright rooms. Accommodation close to ski gondola and other facilities like supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely nothing.

It was cheap and had parking There were stains on the blankets, the bathroom was old and not very clean. No elevator.

Even though we came late for check-in, the lady was very welcoming and gave us a room. Recommend!

Hotel Michel is located near the city centre, 10 minutes walking. It's super clean, the stuff is very nice and the rooms are vast. It is located in a very calm area. Nothing to add here.

The hosts were extremely nice, although they didn't speak much english. In the evenings we stayed in the backyard playing games, and it was very cosy. The single beds were pretty small, i almost fell a couple of times over the night.
