Lobby, comfy beds We said it was our wedding anniversary before our trip, but there wasn't a single mention or special touch. Guest relations could be better as usually they don't interact with guests within the hotel as well when you are walking near the desk.

Está muy bien ubicada cerca del metro Arc de Triomf y del parque y el zoológico. También de paradas de autobús. El cuarto estaba demasiado pequeño para una cama doble. El baño también estaba muy chico y no dieron jabón ni shampoo. No cuenta con terraza y la televsion está demasiado cerca de la cama (por ser un cuarto muy pequeño)

Staff made it easy for us to check in super late due to flights. In the morning was easy to find nice cafes for a quiet breakfast. Rooms had plenty of space! NA

Close to arc de triumph - easy walking to lots of things and safe neighborhood. Restaurant in the hotel for breakfast was excellent. Not too expensive about 15 euros. Staff were friendly and easily accessible. Funky mod dining room with very eclectic furniture. You can sit in a swing or lounge chair if you want! The room was pretty sparse. Not much space to move around and no perks like minibar, coffee maker, iron. But very clean and bathroom was roomy.

This was a nice stay that was a few blocks from the bus station Nord. The hotel was very functional and offered a nice breakfast in a spacious lobby. The room was very comfortable.

The location was perfect! Coffee and water should’ve been complimentary, on site laundry would’ve been ideal and convenient. There were a few days where we had the do not clean sign and they came in anyways. They didn’t always give fresh towels and it’s hard to tell if they actually changed the linens or not

The location and rooftop bar are great. There is no sound isolation so noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms is a major issue for sleeping.

The location is great. 10 mins walking from metro. 20 mins walk from beach. The staff were good. The hotel is overall is okay. The room was clean. It would have been better if it is 20% less than the price we paid. It is a bit over priced.

Location, clean, the staf is good. Not a good value. As basic as it can get. No fridgre, no coffee maker. Free bottle of water, if you become a member. From our room window all we could see was a gray wall about 10 feet away.

The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the ability to store our luggage until our room was ready. We loved the location and walkability to so many attractions. The breakfast was fresh and very good with great selection. Barcelona seems to dislike tourists and tourism, which makes coming back more difficult to plan. nothing, it was very nice.
