If you are traveling a long distance and arrive before your room is available, they have a refreshing area complete with shower facilities. Really nice after a red eye from the US!

The staff at the reception were so kind. They gave us personal recommendations, and were so helpful. They answered every question we had, and were very thoughtful. We had some questions beforehand, and we were answered very quickly via e-mail. The room was amazing, so clean and beautiful.
