Loved the location & the outside courtyard. Only thing I would improve, is having a mini fridge in the rooms

very clean rooms and friendly staff, i came with my mom and we enjoyed everything especially the cookiess in the lobbyyyy

Great

You couldn't ask for a better location, absolutely central to everything. Considering it's central location it was very quiet. The room was small but adequate for our needs. Water pressure was great.

Bit out dated and lack of maintenance in the rooms, noisy door and windows.

Location was superb! Room was a bit old and bathtub too shallow but beds were very comfortable. Little welcoming gift (wine & water) was pleasant surprise too! Whole hotel interior was really nice and the outdoor area next to the reception was amazing. I had a room booked with balcony - which I did request myself. It was nice to watch the city but door did not keep sound that much, earplugs were must. If this is nono, request a room from the other side of the hotel (no noise at all).

Location

The hotel was very clean, with a nice interior design, and it’s conveniently located just across the street from the L1 line. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. In particular, the cleaning staff stood out, after I switched rooms, one of my bags was accidentally left behind in the storage room, and they went out of their way to help me retrieve it after it was missed during the move. The rooms lack natural light and do not offer any meaningful views. My initial room faced directly toward the elevator, which felt unreasonable given the price per night. To their credit, the receptionist kindly helped me switch rooms, but the second room wasn’t much better it faced another building only about 15 feet away. Overall, the lack of light and views was disappointing for the cost.

Great location; clean, well decorated room itself and overall. I can’t forget to say it was nice to have coffee at the garden and fresh water as well sparking water freely available at the cafe area Shower at my room was not easy to use: shower had support was cracked and sometimes it would fall down also it was hard to change water to come out from the head shower. Annoying…

A wonderful little jem in the heart of Barcelona! I loved the comfortable and well decorated common areas including an outdoor patio. Great coffee!

Location No windows. A bit noisy through the door and the wall walls.

Some rooms are very old need maintenance And I booked again at your hotel cause the first time I was given a good room, but the last time, it wasn’t the case !

Amazing value and great hotel

Location was convenient. Communal area on first floor very pleasant with coffee/tea and cold water available 24/7. There were also dishes, a mini fridge, microwave and a dining area. No breakfast was provided but you could buy your own and eat there. The ground floor entrance definitely needs a makeover. Carpet looked dirty and first impression of hotel not good. Upstairs was fine, clean etc but we were concerned upon entering. Our room was quiet as requested but pretty small.

wrong pass code on arrival

Comfortable bed. Very clean. Not having staff there 24hrs. for arrival and departure. Corridors need some renovations and lighting to dark. Very small rooms too tight not much space. Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

The sound insulation was not very effective, noise easily passed between the rooms.

Location is great! Loved the common space (filtered water on tap!) — terrace is beautiful. Rooms are simple & clean.
