I liked the location, close to major hubs. Downtown. Felt very safe, plenty of shops and restaurants. Loved the roof terrace restaurant. The room was super small, barely enough room to get around or open suitcases. The room was nice but too small.

Vibe and asthetics were great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in communication. Especially love the corridor water fountains, glasses and refillable bottle provided

the location, free good quality drinking water, good quality amenities, the bed is fantastic the pillows… but i have neck problem, so maybe it is me

The bed sheets were not clean if you’re planning to stay for one night it’s okay but otherwise not a good choice for long stay

The hotel staff the ones from the reception desk are not professional at all will enter your room couple times even if you’re not there

The elevator smells bad and takes forever to reach your floor the hotel staff at the reception desk don’t speak proper English

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The room was big, gorgeous bathrooms, very clean. Love the decor! We had 3 balconies!’ Great location to bus and walkable to great shopping and restaurants! Can’t recommend this place enough!! Staff was great!! Nothing!!

Hotel Casa Luz was in the most perfect location, walking distance to many shops and was easy to get to from the airport. The airport A1 bus from Terminal 1 stopped across the street from the hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming and even gave us a free room upgrade for our anniversary which was such a lovely unexpected surprise. They even left us chocolates on the bed! Our room had 3 balconies and the view was so beautiful especially at night. We particularly loved the Marshall speakers provided in the room too! The beds were incredibly comfortable and big and the rooms were impeccably clean, the wooden floors were one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Breakfast was good, a bit pricey but we only stayed for one night so for us it was worth it. Overall we were incredibly happy with our stay and wished we had stayed there for our entire trip! Nothing
