The location was great, right next to the metro and near to bus stops. The staff were also great. During our stay there was an issue with the AC unit which made terrible noises every 30mins. The technician tried to fix but was unable to, so the front staff kindly agreed to free cancellation and refunded the amount we did not use so we were able to book elsewhere.
