Great location, good for value Lack of room lighting (it has only lampshades with no ceiling lights), inability to modify the room temperature (AC has only 4 option switch “off, I, II,III”), unavailability of room accessories, such as tissues, toothpaste, etc. In addition, they asked me to pay for city taxes even though booking mentioned that it has already been covered in the given price.

Close to everything. There wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. Disappointing especially when having an early flight and breakfast isn’t opened yet.

Hotel was nicely appointed. Nice bar and very efficient friendly staff. Excellent location. Rooms could be made up quite late into the afternoon. Limiting ability to freshen up. Bedroom was very dark, with a small window looking at a wall. Careful with shower as bathroom can flood. Couldn’t adjust aircon

We loved the location. We did not visit your restaurant. The room was too warm, even when we left the key in the switch 24 hours. We were on the 1st floor & the street noise was disturbing.

Reception and hotel entrace modern and well maintained. Bathroomn door did not close properly and we had to keep it ajar as we were scared someone was going to get locked inside. Imagine doing your business with the bathroom door open... AC was leaking water and plumber had to come and fix it. Beds configuration was not planned well. We had room lights and plugs right behind our pillows. Unsafe + annoying because we kept switchign on the lights everything we moved in our sleep.

Nice hotel in a great location. The room is smaller than the pictures suggest and is starting to get a little old and tired. The price probably matches the quality, noting Barcelona accommodation seemed to be quite expensive everywhere.

Location was great, the room had a good size. Not 4 stars. Not equipped well, the room was as if time has stopped and no improvement since the socialism. It was seemingly nice years ago, but now it is not in the same condition as on the pictures. The bathroom shower had a seemingly permanent serious leak. In the shower/ toilet there is now air con/ airflow so you need to sniff what you produce for quite a long time. The minibar had some old boose in it, on one of them the label started to come off partially. Also one free welcome bottle of water for 5 days/4 nights for 2 people is low effort, but we had bigger issues than that. The corridors were dirty and visibly the carpet was also outdated, just like everything else. Highly overpriced, outdated and although some of the staff were really nice, not everyone tough. Last night even neighbours thought they are in a cheap camp site, as we had some drunk shouting noise. Im an experienced traveller and i can say it truly, 4 stars is a joke for this place. Its disappointing.

Nice clean rooms, well set up and spacious. Nice bathroom. Good location also just 1 minute from bus stop Our only issue was the cleaners who would start cleaning rooms nearby at 7am being extremely loud, so we would be awake instantly. Then from 9am to 12pm they would be no where to be seen.. A little frustrating day after dsy

Clean room. Pretty hotel. Staff was great. I had a dangling light on my bed that I reported the first night. It wasn't repaired before I left. I was somewhat concerned for my safely as the wires were showing.
