Hotel Best 4 Barcelona

The staff tried to help me with my situation. let me use phone at from desk to shutdown credit cards The hotel has no security checks for people allowed to enter their lobby. I had my purse stolen (in full view of a staff member at front desk)., . Suitcases are also stored with no claim checks to prevent thefts from luggage claim. also access is not restricted to hotel staff. There is a known threat of hotel lobbies being worked by gangs , this was confirmed by police when i filled out a report. For security reasons would not recommend this hotel. I think they are partially responsible for loss of my passport and cancellation of my holiday. Stay at your own risk.

Nothing They didn’t have air conditioning, what kind of a 4 star hotel doesn’t turn on air conditioning

The room was clean and spacious. The room was a bit cold. Even though we adjusted the air conditioner temperature, it didn’t warm up properly.

Location surroundings were not great. No air conditioning due to season, however it was hot enough to make you feel uncomfortable.

The location was great! We walked to the restaurants, bars and stores conveniently located. Beeakfast was good, a nice variety of food and beverages and plenty of seating.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The staff allowed me to do early check in without waiting for like hours. The hotel was in a convenient location with easy access to the beach and it was walkable distance from most of the important places.

too many blue flavoured sweets on offer, and maids woke us up both mornings knocking on our door and opening it themselves - the do not disturb sign wasn't placed in a clear spot for us to see it and so we hadn't put it on the door. also body milk in bathroom was empty!

Clean nice hotel. We liked the location it was fairly quite and safe to walk around. Short walk to the beach with restaurants on the boardwalk. We took the pictures at the pier. the hotel did not have A.C. only during their summer. We couldn't get our window to open not sure if they open. Was very hot in room day of check-out. Also 1st night neighbors were very loud until about 4am of course not hotels fault but the walls very thin.

Comfortable bed 10/10 Quick check in Providing of Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Comb sink was draining very slow (probably clogged), AC not working (cooling not possible), no ability to pay with card on the vending machines (mini bars)

Very nice hotel! Good location near the sea and close to city center. Tasty food! Breakfast has a lot of fruits, local foods, good coffee. Dinner was very tasty! With menu of 4-5 meals to choose for starter, main course and dessert!

They have blackout curtains. They give plenty of items and toiletries in case you forgot your own. Front desk staff is lovely and very helpful, always smiling and cracking jokes. The rooms are very clean and the ladies that clean the rooms are also very nice. There's a gym in case you ate too much paella. The internet is really bad. I had to use data the whole week because I couldn't do anything on their wifi. Breakfast is the same every day and everything is cold. The fruit juices are artificial tasting and the pastries/dessert area was quite bad. Breakfast staff seemed always stressed hence they weren't very friendly. Also a couple days we waited a long time before anyone spoke to us and until we were able to sit at a table. Bed sheets had holes in them. Bathroom door doesn't close properly and there's no toilet brush. I didn't think the hotel lived up to its 4 star rating. It was more of a 3 star for me.

The room was available when we were there early, but the upcharging us was rude. Unnecessary. Dinner was an ok meal, the staff was very hard working, she had no other help but no complaints and was kind. Breaakfast was great!

Good room, it was not the cleanest of them all, but we had a comfy night. Some things were a bit off, a little stain here and there, but nothing that would put us off sleeping there.

It was not clean. Hair was everywhere...in our bed, on towels, on the floor and in the shower. We also had bugs/roaches.
